Worst Fast Food and Experience in my life. Waiting in line for the drive through has so many cigarettes that if you’re windows are down it’s a horrible stinch. I downloaded the app and ordered breakfast for two of us. Ordered a decaf and a regular coffee. Got to the window and she informed me that they don’t have decaf, and To please pull Up to front of the building. They brought me a refund in cash For the decaf coffee and they brought me a regular coffee that was approximately 74°. I told her that the coffee was not even lukewarm, she said the thermos is broken but We keep using it anyway. There are weeds all over the landscaping it looks like an abandoned building. I got my breakfast and the first thing I noticed was that the scrambled eggs look like the remains of what they had left. If you look at the picture I posted You will see they are too small to even get on a fork. Little tiny pieces of a scrambled egg. The hash brown Was dripping and dripping and dripping with oil. It was also about 74°. The pancakes were also about 74° and somewhat like leather like they had been around for a couple weeks. The app is really pathetic. The deals are all like $20 for a bunch of food. They have no deals on ordinary food. It doesn’t use your Apple Pay like at McDonald’s. You have to actually enter your credit card into their website. It’s an extremely ghetto Jack-in-the-Box. I will never be returning to this place ever again. Horrendous food horrendous looking landscaping around the building. There is no curbside pick up on the app or curbside pick up spots available. If you have ever been to McDonald’s and enjoyed your experience, and you will really really appreciate it even more after visiting this place. I don’t work from McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A. Read moreMost the time This place operates fine however tonight may 27 1:30 AM,Only one vehicle ahead of me in drive-through waited behind them over five minutes seeing no window action and then it drive away without any reception or service. When I pull up to the window and I see nobody inside after a minute some chick with glasses and long nails appears without looking towards the window and continues to Nonchalantly pay attention to a soda machine they brought Syrup refills for and never looks my way for at least a couple more minutes and then a young girl appears through the lobby door and does not come to the window or appear to be busy with anything until about Another minute later start gathering an order in a bag far too large To be my order and set it aside , continues to not come to the window and go back and put my order together. then the lady with glasses and long nails,Who I discern is the manager, Suddenly comes to the window and confirms my order and take payment. And give me my order. Now after about 15 minutes waiting behind one other person that drove away without the transaction I have my two loaded breakfast sandwiches and I drive to the parking lot to start eating and find both sandwiches missing sausage patty. Went to lobby door to wave and young girl worker motion for me to get back in the drive-through line which I did not because because I could see at least five cars on the other side of the building stuck waiting at the end of The line going on 2 am. Read moreCame to the drive thru before 9pm and tried to order your $20 munchie deal. At first we were told that they "were out of curly fries" so they couldn't do it. Then after we informed them that we would take just regular fries instead, they told us that they were unable to do the munchie box. Little annoying, but no big deal and so we ordered tacos instead. What IS a big deal is the lack of customer service that we were met with at the drive thru. The amount of disrespect and attitude we got was ridiculous. If anything we should have been the ones to be rude since they had decided that they just didn't want to do what we ordered. I tried to get names so I could be more specific, but not a single employee was wearing a name tag. We then proceeded to have to wait longer than 25 minutes for our order BEFORE we were told that they had given our order to someone else. Then they PROCEEDED to argue with us that they gave us the right amount of tacos when we were short by 7.
