Incredibly disappointed in bi marts customer service. I sent my sister and brother in law to buy 2 TV's for my business. The ones I wanted, that showed in stock online, were out. Okay no big deal. They picked a different one that was similar, a bit more expensive, but again, no big deal. An employee goes to the back to retrieve them, they get up to the register, it rings up almost $75 more than the sale price advertised by bimart. 4 managers later, they would not honor the price THEY had posted. Waste of time for everyone involved and they left with no TV's. We won't be returning. I'll pay a little more to shop elsewhere, where they will own up to their mistakes and honor pricing posted in the store. I've worked customer service my entire life, and I've always done everything I can to make it right for the customer. Shopping at bi Mart, I've spent well over the $150 discount we would have ended up with. I hope they took the pricing sign down for future customers, because they definitely won't honor it if the sign...
Read moreI like this store because they have most everything Walmart has but without the Walmart experience.- (anxiety, absence of cashiers, and an overall dismal-broke feeling when leaving). They have a great electronics section with knowledgeable friendly staff. Huge drugstore section, sporting goods, grocery and automotive. There is no freezer section so you can't get your ice cream there... But then again you don't have to hurry home after leaving in fear of things melting! I have been shopping there since last year and I have never been pressured into being a "member" So anyone is welcome.

Read moreWorst experience I have ever had in a store. I was one of the first in line for their grand opening and when they did I asked for a lot of ammo and the rifle on special. First, they wouldn’t sell me the gun because the address on my VALID drivers license wasn’t the same as what I put on the form (I recently moved). Second they didn’t even offer a reign check and refused to sell me the ammo. They told me to go to the DMV and come back knowing all the guns on special would be gone.
