I get that they've had significant turnover in staff… and it takes time to train new staff .. so I think I have been reasonably patient .. I used to drive-thru pretty much every day… but stopped when the service level significantly declined .. wrong orders, do not wipe cups clean b4 handing to you in car .. as examples.
Indeed the most difficult part about running a business is finding, inspiring and keeping good people .. that get the customers ultimately pay their wage.
Will try them again .. but will be awhile ... all the issues are certainly fixable as long as leadership sets consistent high standards.

Read moreThe first two times I went, I loved it! They have a great iced chai. Customer service wasn't above and beyond but they were polite enough and I enjoyed my experience. Facility is clean, lots of cool art. The third time, however, has made me apprehensive to go back. They had a big, long haired dog behind the counter where they were making drinks. Rather unsanitary. I asked for a small water lid less cup with about two tablespoons of water for my toddler. They obliged but charged me for the cup. This might not bother some people but, with so many coffee shops to choose from, I'll probably be skipping Java...
Read moreI stopped in here because i had a couple people tell me to give them a second chance. I went inside exsplained that i love a fufu coffee from time to time. They worked with me i ended up with a drink half as sweet with 2extra shots. It was really good.
