I went with a group of friends last night to check out Requiem. After buying tickets, we waited in line for over an hour to even get into the haunted house. Due to fire code they are only allowed to have 20 people on the 3rd floor at all times. It might be helpful to improve the waiting area and make it more of an experience instead of just standing around. There were some actors walking around trying to scare you. One actor in particular was especially annoying, he was in some kind of skeleton costume with the crazy eye contacts. He wouldn’t leave us alone, even when we were clearly not scared by him anymore. When we were inside the haunted house, this same actor put his arm out between me and the exit so I couldn’t get by, I did not like that so much. It’s not that I was scared, I just was bored and wanted to move on. We were instructed that we were not allowed to touch the actors so I kept asking him to move his arm. The black out maze part is way too long, it just kinda drags on and is not really that fun. I think this place has potential to be a really good haunted house, it’s just not...
Read moreI work at a Youth Shelter and took a group of youth as an activity to this Haunt. Krista was amazing to work with from every stage of the process. We had a youth that wanted to back out last minute and she had a solution right away for that youth to help them and allow them to enjoy the haunt. The actors and pacing of the haunt were phenomenal. At one point, one of our youth had a shoe that needed tying, when we stopped and were struggling there was a staff member with a flashlight immediately there to help us. From the get-go everyone was kind, thoughtful and it was fun and interactive! I will be returning to their Haunt in the future and recommend it for anyone whether young or old they have experiences that can work for several fright levels. We felt safe throughout and the pricing is unmatched. The outfits and makeup of the actors was really...
Read moreThis place is an amazing value. Best $20 bucks I've spent in a long time and worth every penny. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and the actors are top notch! The entire experience was great, it felt way more personal than the other "haunted attractions". At the other places they just shove as many people through as possible and you end up ontop of each other and being shoved. This does not happen at requiem. They stagger groups so you don't run into each other. It feels way more personal and enjoyable. The 3d glasses floor was amazing and the actor "sicko" was top notch. The black out maze was like nothing I've experienced before. It was a awesome experience and being in pitch black gets your nerves ready for the jump scares. Overall I had a great time. I'll be back thank you for providing a great experience! Keep up...
