This is seriously like the 6th time in a row that I've come here and my order was wrong. This time, it was tragic, though... I ordered a French Dip. With curly fries. I specifically asked for Arbys sauce and Horsey sauce. They even offered it, actually, and we said yes, please, we would like plenty of both. Not only was there no arbys or horsey sauce in the bag, but there was no aus jus. What good is a French Dip with nothing to dip it in?? Nothing good at all. Just continued disappointment from a failing brand. Some on here are probably like, "Why didn't you just check your order first before driving away??" Oh Jeeze, I'm sorry, Linda, I never thought of that!! Except we did. There were 3 of us. We eat a lot of food. Most of the rather big order was crammed into one bag. It was difficult to search the entire bag and make sure it was all there. If we had, the same people saying you should have checked your bag are the same people who would be honking their horn and yelling at us in the drive-thru bc they couldn't wait to stuff their fat faces long enough for someone to check their bag for accuracy. Whatever the case or cause may be, I don't care. I've worked in restaurants my whole life. Do better. Maybe they can't. Some people just simply can't do better. Read moreFood is phenomenal every time, except I can’t ever order everything I need to because everyone who talks through the drive thru speaker is quite frankly rude, they rush you and sigh when you say you need more then one or two things, I also manage in fast food and am not okay hearing that they pretty much do not want the business you’re trying to give them. My family and I have always ate at this establishment but none of us will be until they get some new management. I also was ordering big orders for everyone when I go into work and now I have to find somewhere new to do that kind of thing cause the management and employees at Arby’s do not want said service. Sad but glad there are Arby’s in other towns cause the one in Owosso’s terrible with customer service. Read moreThis location use to be good. I've given up on it now. Went their a few nights ago and ordered about $16 worth of food. Was asked to pull forward the fries were cooking. Waited around 20 mins while I literally counted 8 cars served. All my food was semi cold including both types of fries we ordered. We were annoyed and called and were happy the manager told his they would replace the entire order. Picked it up tonight along with another $20 worth of food we ordered. Were asked to pull forward. We specifically told the person at the window no problem as long as you can guarantee or food was warm. He said no problem ill make sure. The whole order was cold with the fries no exaggeration room temp and soggy. They had to hsve sat for at least an hour and we checked them before even pulling off.
