I am a huge Starbucks fan and have been for over 10 years. I was so excited when we discovered that Corunna/Owosso was going to get one. I have been to this location 6 times since they opened. EVERY single time the drive thru wait is 20-45 minutes and the inside is never open or they are CLOSED all together (like at 1:00 in the afternoon). Today was the last straw-I even contacted cooperate today. I was lied to not once but twice by Adam. I ordered the same drink I ALWAYS get a Chai Tea latte. Drove away thinking all was good only to discover it had COFFEE in it. I went back to ask them to please remake it (the inside was closed) so had to go through the drive thru again (20 minutes) and was told by Adam that all Chai Tea Latte's have expresso in them. (go to the website and read the ingredients-no they don't). I asked him to please remake the drink and he replied "sorry we are all out of chai." I then asked for a refund and he replied "we don't give refunds." I drove up to the window and said I was not moving until I got a refund. While waiting he took two more orders, you'll never guess what they were for? YEP! Chai tea latte's, and he didn't tell them they were out. I pulled forward after getting my refund and watched him serve the Chai tea's to them. So he lied to me not once but twice. This is NOT how you run a business and the owners better get their butt's to the store and train their employee's on custom service and run it better or I predict they will be out of business in less...
Read moreI've made two visits to this store... I used to work at Starbucks so I can't help but go back for a cup of joe that I do love when it's made correctly. Hoping to be able to change this review in the future. Trip #1: over a 45 minute wait for a drink... When I waited 25 minutes seeing they were busy and new- I asked where my drink was on the "lineup"..the girl got angry and said she couldn't rush my order... I understood and had plans that day and said I just want to know where my drink is on the lineup because I may have to cancel take a refund after 25 minutes I was still 11 drinks away....asked for a refund and the other barista didn't refund me for my drink but only a coffee ... Trip #2: drive through. I was taking my best friend for a coffee her first trip to Starbucks when we got to the drive through the barista handed my drink out with a lid unattached (accidents happen) and my iced caramel macchiato went in my lap- as I asked multiple times for napkins she ignored me!! (Her window was open) and did not offer to have another drink made... So far do not recommend this Starbucks for their less than stellar service.... I hope this changes in the...
Read moreWent in to grab a hot mocha for my fiance and a cup of water. Was greeted with a rushed "welcome to starbucks" that sounded neither sincere or happy. The gentleman who was called over to take my order seemed incredibly inconvenienced to have to take my order. I noticed they had at least 5 if not 6 people working , including someone who kept walking up to the register to see if they had "beat their previous sales record for the week". I'm assuming this was the manager. I waited twenty minutes, with only 3 cars in the drive through and Noone in line inside for 1 mocha and a cup of water. With all of the espresso machines, various other equipment, and 5-6 people working, I wouldn't expect to wait 20 minutes during a busy period, let alone the slow post rush period they were having. Definitely don't go here if you have any sort of time constraints, because you'll get faster service at fosters downtown, and they make slow drip coffee for God's sake. This was a true example of mismanagement And poor training. You'd think they'd get their store in order by now but...
