Our credit card machine does fail on us a bunch . If your on hold. For a while. Its because we are either busy. Really busy or super busy. Or there's one person in the shop and one driver. We can not take order especially when you want to device between you family what you want for 10 minutes. Theres pizzas and other food in the oven that will burn. Sorry we are not going to risk burning food let alone the whole building for youe 10 minute decision for 1 large pizza. If its not what you ordered please call or come in and we will do our best to satisfy you. If your pizza is wrong and you say its supposed to be pineapple and pepperoni. And our ticket says p (pepperoni) n (pineapple) something was said wrong or wasn't herd or tour line was breaking up. Not our fault but we can give you 20% off next order. Please dont argue or you will be put on the no order list. If your payment is all change. Please roll it. Driver should not have to count or trust that its whats owed. If we say its going to be an hour to hour and a half. Its because we are busy super busy. Remember. Theres usually 1 inside and 1 driver week days. Nights the same. Weekend s usually 2 inside and 1 driver. So please dont give us any drama or attitude. We are one of 2 pizza joints in California city. And the best prices deals and quality. And yess we do serve everyone in California city. Not that big?? Think again. Not too many people like the other pizza joint. Why I have no idea. And we were actually the only pizza joint open and serving ALL of California city. So ya we get really busy. And it gets crazy. Say what you will. Dont believe me. Try working in a pizza joint like us in a town like ours. You will think again before you put us down like you are. Thank you. 11-10 week days 10-11 weekends....
Read moreOn Wednesday January 29th we were moving to a new place, and I thought Jesse's Pizza would be great for these guys who worked so hard moving things. I placed the order and received confirmation that it would be about 20 minutes for the order to be ready and delivered. About 20 minutes later, I got a call from a young lady at the restaurant, asking me if I lived in Mojave, and I said yes. The young lady then told me that they don't deliver to Mojave. She said they only deliver to customers in California City and as far out that they would deliver to, would be the Shell Gas Station, so I said I'll just come to the Shell and pick up the order. Then she said I'm not talking about the Shell Gas Station in Mojave, but the one in California City. I told her, mam we are right in the middle of moving as we speak, and I need to feed my guys, I am not driving all the way to Cal City for this. The problem I have with this whole situation is that, my address had to be on the order when I placed it. As soon as they saw that I was in Mojave, someone should have called right then. But they waited until after the order was ready and then called to tell me that couldn't deliver. That's not how you do business. I hope if this happens again with another customer, You won't delay calling to inform them that you can't deliver to their address. That would be the professional way...
Read moreRead moreThe employees taking the orders & the delivery drivers are great & wonderful! They've always been so very very pleasant. Because of them we've returned time after time after time in spite of getting extra black olives instead of none on our salads, in spite of thick crust, extra cheese & no pineapple instead of thin crust, pineapple & easy, easy cheese. Repeatedly our order is missing at least 1item or there is a clear error. If it can be eaten we've been willing to do just that rather than cause an employee any embarrasment. However, this evening the manager made sure Jesse's parted ways with 3 very loyal customers. It was far more important that she make the customer feel they were mistaken, not her. Conversation aside ... In this pandemic am I to believe she actually tasted food that had been delivered then picked up & returned
