Dos Rosa’s is currently the best Mexican food in town! You can’t Ever go wrong with a fried fish, as the dinner plates all includes a choice of a tasty Meatball soup, Tortilla soup, or a side salad with your choice of dressing!🤤🤤😋
Rosa’s street tacos are on sale for $1.75 on Taco Tuesday’s!! You can’t miss them!🌮🌮😈
Rosa’s Mexican Buffet is served every Wednesday from 3pm-8pm & the food varies as it actually changes weekly. At times you might find yourself eating delicious ribs, or dishes that aren’t actually on the menu such as Rosa’s Mole de Pollo, her Caldo de Res, & the list goes on…🤤🥰
The Mexican Molcajete is one of my favorite two dishes, which feeds up to two people & hits differently when eaten while dinning in!♥️
Menudo is served from Friday to Sunday, & if you arrive before 1pm you might land yourself some delicious hand made tortillas! Nothing taste better than hand made stuff! If you would like handmade stuff they sell Gorditas, or Mulitas on the menu, which I would highly recommend! They might take a bit of a wait, but I promise you it will be worth the wait!😋
The Pozole is on high demand & therefore is now being served everyday! You can’t ever go wrong with the Pozole here, whether it’s your first time trying it, or just returning for more 🤤😚
If you wanna secure something bomb on the menu be sure to ask about the Quesabirria Tacos, as the birria here is the best Iv’d had. 😅
But if you’re still feeling a bit of an appetite they also do serve this dish called La Fiesta de mar, which can feed from 4-6 people! ♥️ had it twice! Definitely the cherry on top if you’re a seafood person like myself! 😚😍
What makes this place stand out from any place in Cal City is that every single dish has its own Sazon, genuine flavor &...
Read moreTerrible slow service. 15 minutes for somebody to come to my table and the restaurant was empty. 25 minutes for my food but they brought me it to go and asked if it was OK if I ate it out of the to go container at my table. I sent it back to be put on a plate but more than 15 minutes later still not ready to come back to my table. I'm watching the clock since I came in. service sucked. food was not so great. mediocre at best. beans and rice were dry and old. not fresh at all. decor looks like a 99 cent store party would be better than the crap they have up. tacos sucked. birria nothing to recommend. jack in the box tacos are better. they definitely made me feel like not coming back. not one-step of my visit went right. Completely immature staff. Instead of trying to work with me they decided to attack me on social media (FB). They acted like petulant teenage children. Which is what they were at best. They should have put effort into it from the beginning and at least tried to serve me in the EMPTY restaurant. After getting the review a professional business would have conducted themselves better than attacking like petulant teenagers. Talking to other people in the town it seems to be a common theme of terrible immature service and terrible food that really isn't Mexican. They are lucky that there are a handful of restaurants (at best) in town otherwise they would feel the pressure even more for terrible food...
Read moreMy friends and I were astounded to find that this establishment serves some of the best Mexican cuisine this side of Las Vegas. The carne asada burrito in particular easily topped our list of the best burritos around California. I am not kidding when I say that I would make the six hour drive from the Bay Area again solely for this food. Truly, this establishment embodies the soul of the desert, and I will remember this meal for ages to come.
EDIT: Today I was given the amazing opportunity of revisiting Las Dos Rosa's Restaurant after my original visit in late July 2022, I mean how else could I start the new year if not at Las Dos Rosa's? Again, the food made my best friend cry, and I ordered the exact same meal as I had last time, except it was somehow even better this time. We were surprised to find out the staff actually remembered us! We originally were coming out of San Bernardino after the Countdown NYE festival, but we decided to make the two hour drive out into the desert to visit Las Dos Rosa's before we continued on back to the Bay Area. The detour was worth it, and I cannot imagine it ever not being so; and in that regard, I believe this makes Las Dos Rosa's Restaurant worthy of a...
