I love Arby’s roast beef. The days of 5 for $5 were the greatest. However my experience at the Arby’s on Madison’s and Manzinita in Carmichael is perhaps the rudest of my life. We ordered at 930 pm a nearly $40 order of almost all roast beef sandwiches- were asked to pull forward to save there drive thru times and were made to wait 15mins plus for our food. But that’s not the part I upset about . We had asked for extra Arby’s sauce, since it is the best on roast beef and our order was full of roast beef sandwiches. We look in the bag to see 6sauces for 10 sandwiches so I ask nicely “pleases can we have some more Arby’s sauce” the drive thru girl ignored me and walked quickly, nearly ran, inside and slammed the door on me jasking again nicely for the sauce. Being ignored completely I decided to go theu the drive theu again. I waited part for the car to get its order ahead of me and pulled to the window. Where I politely asked for some extra Arby’s sauce, where I got a smear and 4 sauce packets thrust at me and half tossed at my hand ask she hurried to slam the drive theu window on me. Where she pretended again to not hear myself or my wife.... the absolute rudest, uncalled for, undeserving attack for absolutely no reasons....we spent $40 on roast beef sandwiches, I don’t think 1 sauce per sandwich is asking too much, actually I prefer 2 per sandwich . Why would the drive thru punk care about giving out sauce . Just because she hates her job or doesn’t like the sauce doesn’t mean others do not like it and when a customer is spreading your daily salary on food, give them some sauce if they ask nicely as I did repeatedly. It’s not like I asked for 40 sauces for 1 sandwiche but 2 sauces per sandwich for my $40 order seems like a reasonable request. After this experience I may go a long time without Arby’s in the future. This Arby’s in particular is always slow and an old building now well kept, but it’s the closest option being that Arby’s are a dying breed and hard to find. After this I will either go back and purposely be difficult and confusing and ask for outrageous substitutes only to not complete the order to frustrate the drive thru grench or more likely I won’t go back to that Arby’s ever. Besides $4 for the classic small roast beef sandwich is robbery....a product that is famously 5 for $5 is now $5 for one and they have only shrunk over the years. Worst drive thru in...
Read moreI forgot that I could leave a review otherwise I would have left one weeks ago. I had placed an order on line on July 7. I picked up my order and when I got home found out it wasn't my order, it was someone else's. I called and talked to male employee and explained that I had got someone else's order. He took all my information and told me I could come and get what I had actually ordered another day.
So on the 10th I went in and explained to a female employee the whole story. She wasn't very helpful, then another female jumped in (I think she was there on her day off) and was being very rude to me and wasn't being very professional and basically calling me a liar. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. She said she wasn't in and didn't know when she'll be back. So basically they were all getting in on this and treated me like I was a liar and not very professional. All this because I got the wrong order.
I've read other reviews and and a lot of them sound similar to mine with rude employees. I would never go back to this particular restaurant again and advise others to go...
Read moreIf I could give this place no stars I would. I went there on a Sunday afternoon at about 3pm there was no one in front of me. We ordered 2 meals and 2 milkshakes nothing to hard to make. The person working the window never gave us our total she said she would give it at the window. Which is fine I get it you might have been doing something and didn't key it in yet. So we pull up to the window and we sit and we sit and we sit for 15 minutes while 2 that I know of people pulled in behind us and ordered. Not once did she come to the window, didn't tell us our total, didn't charge us for our food, didn't even bring us drinks. I could see that she hadn't even made our drinks yet which I remind you included sodas and milkshakes. So as a pissed off customer who was hungry and wanted food. We left and went somewhere else. I should not have to sit at the window for 15 minutes with no contact from anyone. I wish they would have closed this arby's not the one on the other side of the street they had much...
