Birrieria Gomez — Restaurant in California

Just left on 04/22/2022, ordered around 8:25pm, me and my hubby, ordered the birria tacos combination plate that comes with beans and rice, when we get home it's only double, hard rice, no sign of beans. It so messed up what places like this do to people who aren't Mexican or Latino, the service was completely different from the customer waiting for her food before us, they made sure she had everything she needed. But with US, they basically shoved the food into my hubs hands and topped it off with "there's no more salsa", so basically, don't ask... we were first time customers but after tonight, we won't return. The flavor definitely won't bring us back either.

The tacos are dry and the birria liquid is too oniony and bland at the same time, it's weird. You'll get better birria tacos at el pollo loco,...

We've been meaning to come here for quite some time. Hands down some of the best of not the best in this area for Birria trucks. No tables or chairs but most people just post up on a ledge by the wall. Parking can suck as its just street parking but I recommend you follow their social media accounts and it will give you details on parking. Good price.

Now we ordered a little bit of everything so we can get a feel for the place. Taco dorado- amazing; just right with the tortilla being crispy but the meat was so tender. The quesataco; as it translates, tacos with cheese, it was good. The Quesadilla was my favorite, nice portion and pretty dam delicious. Now for the broth itself, it was a little on the greasier side, however extremely good....

The QuesaTacos here are amazing! The burrito is pretty good and the quesadilla is maybe the best item on their menu. The prices are reasonable and not too expensive like other local food trucks. Not let me get to the CONS.

The lack of parking kind of kills the whole experience they are next to a body shop I believe so there are always cars parked close to the truck.

CASH ONLY. I know mostly all food trucks only take cash but if they accepted some other form of payment like PayPal for small businesses it would be great !

This is just me knit picking but the onion on the QuesaTacos (optional) overpowers the food.

Overall this is the best Birria Taco Truck in...
