My name is Greg and I and a coworker went thru the drive thru on Friday the the 26th of February @ approximately 11:45 am, when we ordered 2 whoppers with cheese meals , that Burger King is famous for having patty’s lying around in trays that are not hot and fresh and the cheese is not melted, so that being said my coworker and I ordered fresh burgers off the grill so that they would be hot and fresh whoppers with cheese. When we got to the window my coworker was going to pay for lunch that day, he handed the girl his card and 3 or 4 mins had passed and she handed him his card back stating that there was a problem with his card, to which he stated to her that there was plenty of money on that card and he handed her another card, 5 mins had passed and again she handed his card back stating that his card did not work again saying it was his card by this time I handed her my card which I knew had plenty of money to cover the bill, again it declined my card. By this point I have become irritated by all the time that had passed to where I knew that our burgers are cold now and I let her know this as I passed cash to pay for the bill. She stated that they will remake our burgers and they passed our bag of food to us and our burgers were hit and soggy which meant they microwaved our burgers and our French fries were cold. I don’t normally go to fast food because they are unhealthy to begin with but after this trip I won’t ever go back to Burger King period that is the worst service I have ever had in a very long time. Normally I'm fine with waiting, but when it's not even busy then I honestly don't understand why it would take more then the norm. In addition, the burger and fries is barely warm. I'd understand if the wait was long because had to wait on fresh fries or something. Then I pull up to 1st window to pay (after I jussst seen her pop her head the 1st window to holler at the car in front of me to give her bag of condiments) only to find no one there so I wait, then the rep comes to tell me to go to second window. There wasn't a sign, and she had the attitude to give me a dirty look like it's my fault I'm at the wrong window. Isn't the whole point of fast food is Fast? I don't expect magnificent customer service from BK or ANY fast food, but seriously common decency, basic job duties isn't hard. Read moreThis is for a visit at 9am. This obviously a well known burger chain restaurant and I won't comment on the general likes/dislikes of the chain. Instead it will focus on the food/service I received. There were only two customers present when I arrived. Service was quick, a little disorganized as it seemed to be the cashier's first day (the manager had to come help her) but that's not a knock on the place. The food came out cold (not great when it is also greasy). The medium coffee was so dark and thick that after 4 creams it was still a dark brown. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The rest of the restaurant seemed a "little rough around the edges". Broken sugar packets with sugar everywhere in the container, ketchup dispenser wasn't working, greasy and sticky floor.
