Jimmy Choo — Local services in Banning

Horrible quality and not what I expected from Jimmy Choo. I bought my wife a white bag and was expecting better quality especially for the prices they charge. Within a month there was a mark on the rim of the purse that could not be removed or treated. I called them to see if there was a defect on this line and they were no help of course. They offered to send my wife’s purse out to be fixed but that it would be on my own dime! How does a month old purse go bad so fast? My wife has other major name brand purse and nothing like this has ever happened. I would suggest saving your money and going to Gucci across the plaza or another name brand because the quality at Jimmy Choo has unfortunately...

There’s a young staff probably was new, looks like a girl just out of college in her twenties. From the moment I stepped in the store she would stare at me from head to toe (like that typically “mean girl look”.) I have a few logo on my outfit & she just wouldn’t stop staring at them and then quickly looked down like a very passive aggressive behavior (for what?). What a loser straight out of college, doesn’t talk to any other staff & just stood their on her own & stare at the customer with a passive aggressive look because she can’t get along with other employee. This new girl needs to learn. You’re just a staff and I bet every customer that stepped in is more capable to afford these...

We went there today (11/23/2020) to shop some shoes. Compared to all the other stores there where cautious measures have been taken to observe social distancing, this store seems have a looser policy that no doorman was there to control the capacity and traffic. It became very crowded after we got in and there was a lady coughing constantly inside the store without a proper cover of the face. After around 10 min or so, we realized that we should leave before it was too late. I hope Jimmy Choo can realize how important to observe social distancing for the customers and its employees.
