Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in California

I order pizzas down the street to my work often, I will not take up the matter that they are almost always late, and I am offered "we messed up, here's 30% off your next order" coupons in exchange. I'm here to bring up last night, somebody else took my pizza from the driver, and the app said it was delivered. I called the store and was constantly hung up on, thrown in circles of identity verification, and when I persisted, the manager said she would have her "brother" the delivery driver, call me. An hour passed, I called the store back to see if I was still expecting a call. She said not to worry, soon. Another half hour passed, the store was closing in an hour so I called again, and she picked up for just a moment before placing the phone on the prerecorded "Sorry! The store is closed!" I know this because I called from my girlfriends phone next, and she picked up right away. After stating who I was, and giving her the benefit of the doubt by saying she might have just forgotten about the mistake, she rerouted me to "customer service". Once I started asking questions, the man on the other line stopped me, completely confused. It was another Dominos in PENNSYLVANIA. They will still not acknowledge calls from my phone, and are refusing to accept responsibility for what happened. I ordered from them all the time, the driver should know what I look like. And if not, im entitled to a refund or SOMETHING if he lost my $27 product. The Pennsylvania Dominos fella was convinced they were just trying to avoid facing it, and they're playing games on purpose to get me to throw my hands up and say "screw it". He also advised I report the store to corporate, so that's what I'll be doing. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND....

The pizza was good. Service at this particular location today was not great. Not sure if it was a crunch time but ordered the pizza for pickup at 6:40pm and the app continually said it would be ready between 7:00pm and 7:12pm. It's status was not changed to "In the oven" until 7:12pm and wasn't ready until 7:20pm.

We ordered 2 pizzas and there was clearly some issue because one pizza was piping hot like it just came out of the oven and the other had already cooled significantly. On top of the wait there is literally a "Quality Check" status the order must go through to be ready for pickup and the order was wrong. Ordered no mushrooms on a combo and received a combo with mushrooms. Took it in and while the employee was willing to remake it I was told I'd be waiting another 15 minutes.

So I'm giving 3 stars because again, the pizzas were good. I've only been to this location once so definitely possible the staff just had...

Not the cardboard crust pizza I remember growing up. It's MUCH better now. I wouldn't quite call it 'premium' pizza, but the crust is pretty good now. The toppings are good quality. I gave 5 stars because the food is good, prices are good and service is great.

I do pickup from this location since it is very close to my house so can't speak to the delivery service here. The location is always nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. Always get a cheerful greeting when arriving.

The floor plan is set up so you can watch the prepares make the pizza every step of the way. It is always nice to have the option to see you own food being prepared.

The prices are really good if you stick to the specials, but the full price menu items are a little pricey (but still not outrageous).

Love their on line ordering system too. You can even check on the status of of you pizza as it is...
