Highly Dissatisfied with the service portion of our experience. We hesitantly payed full price for a 3hr 10min wait order to top off the wait in expectation of a delivery. As i cordially spoke to my disapproval of non-communication, i question the effort to have a backup plan when their claim was of their phones being down. So as my family and i waited in anxt with all the wonder in the world, we could not fathom a reason as to why the staff did not show any concern by letting us know of any alternative choices. Further, there was no initiative on their part to instill a break in the price, that of which i had to again work for and resulted in having to just pay the full price of $93.87 for a 3hr 10min waited for pizza that we had to make contingency for in picking up; as opposed to our original request in delivery. The cherry on top of the top-off is the overcooked pizza as seen in the attached pix. Granted, as full disclosure, a slight bias to the rigorous efforts of retail workers, there is a standard of service that is lacking at this location. I hope for their seek to grow leads this as a learning experience, however, its coupled with a well-founded highly dissatisfied experience that moves me to consider change to not include this location. Read moreAlways slow pick up times. Their app will say ready for pickup and you show up and it never is ready. Only once have I ever arrived and it was ready within 5 minutes of the app saying ready. It usually me standing there waiting 10-20 minutes. I couple months ago I applied to work there part time and the manager asked if I could hustle (I'm a big guy 275lbs) but I can move worked in restaurants and delivery services 10+ years. ALWAYS been one of the fastest and accurate people on those jobs. Probably thought I was slow because of my size and didn't hire me. (Not a fact just my guess and experience) Funny thing is their current staff is always slow and don't bother helping any other station and just stand there, customer stands there and they don't say anything. Delivery driver, cook and prep person won't acknowledge you. Last time I went I heard the cook calling my name to tell the cashier my order was done to see him continue making dough for 5 minutes. Called in the order, they pretended that they couldn’t hear us even though we were using a landline, didn’t deter us because we know that employees are not always a reflection of the business. Arrived early to pick up the order (which they didn’t bother to get a name so we had to run through the order) to that was cold from a very uninterested female employee. I was charged double what you would normally pay ( I was happy to pay to support them) she never asked if I wanted to add gratuity which I was going to give them 50% just for being open and in participating in the 12 days of take out. The female employee flippantly just handed me back my card and my slip and shrugged her shoulders.... don’t bother trying to help this business-they don’t care !
