Dunkin' — Restaurant in California

Tried to purchase a mocha, but they unfortunately carry only whole milk, along with almond milk. They have seating but don't allow customers to use the restrooms. Their donuts are small compared to the donut shop across the street. We went across the street and picked up an apple fritter and a candy bar squared donut from Baker's. In their ad, it states that DD is America's favorite all-day shop for coffee, breakfast, and donuts. It most definitely is not. We only know of one friend who goes to Dunkin. All the rest prefer independent donut places. As for coffee, an independent and of course SB is better than Dunkin any day...

For this time at this location attitude service. Got it from employee Kenna. I went back to complain about her attitude to the store manager or as he said he was. I get tired of coming to places where an employee or employees have an attitude problem. If it wasn't for anyone coming through your store to buy anything you and her or anyone here would not have a job. Very disappointed about this. Even though the manager did off a refund or etc. Kenna needs to be retrained because apparently seems like she wasn't trained in the right way. Clean store, great food. However... You will never receive average level service here. You will either have top tier customer service from amazing staff, or you will have the longest wait ever, only to discover that the reason for the holdup is that nobody knows what they're doing inside, and nobody is communicating with each other. There is no middle ground. A cold brew and a donut, preordered via the app, should not result in a 15 minute wait at the window, being asked repeatedly what you ordered, and still being given the wrong food. But I return anyway, because when the service is good it really is...
