I was in the drive through yesterday and I was behind the owner of this Dutch. I could hear her interacting with her employees. She was giving a couple of them their Christmas presents. I rolled down my window because I was so fascinated by her interactions with each and every employee. She was kind, she was genuine, she was compassionate. Itās no wonder that every single employee here is happy and genuinely make something as simple as getting coffee, a wonderful experience. They have an amazing boss. To the lady in the blue Bronco who owns this Dutch, this is the white jeep behind you and I just want you to know how refreshing it is to see such a great example of a leader. The way you treat your employees is phenomenal. You make me want to get a job hereā¦oh and because I want one of those sweatshirts you were giving your employees š Merry Christmas! šš
Psā¦I bought two drinks. One for me and one for my daughter. I got home and dropped my daughters on the ground. I was so upset. I offered her mine and she declined. So I gave her $10 bucks to go get another one. Well she didnāt need it because they remade her drink for free. My daughter is the Dutch girl. Iāve always gone to the other coffee chain. But because of your super kind employees, you just gained another customer for life! A little bit of kindness sure does go...

They had a āDutch dadā window sticker special for Fatherās Day. I purchased a $15.00 gift card and no drinks as I do not personally drink coffee very often and was not thirsty at the time for something else. As I checked out I asked if I could have one of the stickers to put with the gift card I had purchased as a gift for Fatherās Day. I was told I needed to purchase as drink to receive the sticker. I informed the employee (Elisia A.) that I did not intend to to buy a drink and was hoping since I had made a $15 gift card purchase approx 3 drinks worth of money they would kindly still give me one under good customer service . She offered to sell me a drink to get one and I declined. I offered to purchase the sticker and she would Not sell me one directly. At this point I wasnāt going to argue about it, itās a just a sticker. The point is this was a perfect opportunity to provide good customer service to someone who made a purchase. Being a business owner I think itās extremely petty to have done this as will never return to this...

I go to other Dutch Bros locations and don't experience as many issues with inconsistency. The broistas always remake the drink if I ask. And I've never had issues with customer service.
I find that the flavor is just a bit off. Whether the roast tastes burnt, the milk perhaps a little sour, or just the wrong drink order. Sometimes I feel like I can taste sanitizer liquid or something almost chemical tasting. I've been drinking dutch bros for years and know what to expect in regards to how the drink tastes.
Sometimes I feel like there is almost a sour dairy smell coming from inside the store. It's that smell of when dairy and sugar grow old. Or like the smell of old cleaning rags. I'm sorry, not trying to be picky. But, I just don't find it worth it to spend nearly $10 on a drink that always tastes different than what I've come to expect. And then there's the added concern about whether things are as clean as I'd hope, since the sour smell can be so...
