Fruity Loco — Restaurant in California

I usually like this fruit bar—the food is good, and today I had a great experience with a guy who seemed to be the manager or owner. He was really friendly and attentive to everyone, which I appreciated.

However, there’s one lady who works there regularly, and unfortunately, she brings the whole vibe of the place down. Her customer service is terrible if she doesn’t like you. I’ve been coming in near closing time before, and I’ve noticed she gives me dirty looks and just has a bad attitude. Today, I ordered nachos while she was working in the back, and I’m almost certain she purposely gave me a tray full of crumbs instead of actual chips. That’s not okay.

It’s disappointing because the place itself has potential, but having someone like that representing your business can really ruin the customer experience. She needs serious training in customer service and basic human decency. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, no matter what time...

I couldn't believe the service I received here, When I got there, there were 2 customers who had already ordered before me all of the customers were Hispanic I'm an African American I don't normally feel this way because I'm not normally treated this way. But me and my mom were served last even though we had ordered before 3 orders after us and their orders were even bigger than ours and they received them before us it was the most uncomfortable situation I had ever been in and would never go here ever again. To top it all off the server has our drinks right here in front of us with the food we ordered as well and she's asking us only the mangled drinks right while she has our food right here in front of us and we're the only 2 in the...

This place is AMAZING!!!! They have great service, very friendly, very attentive to the customer's needs, and the vibes were so good along withe the design of the building with all the bright colors which makes it very attractive and fun! I love it! This will be my new spot! Plus, it's in my neighborhood, I can keep my $$ in my community and help keep it going in the right direction!! Also, they even gave us samples of the specialty "Strawberries n' Cream with granola" It was soooooo good! Overall, I give them 5 BIG stars!!!!!!!!...
