We moved here from south bay area. Have had many great experiences with location. Put yesterday afternoon we went in to order (starving) it was a bit busy no usual We are very patient and waited our turn but as we were waiting we were watching one of the young men making sandwiches while he kept touching his Subway visor and he was sweating. And while touching the food kept continuing to touch his sweaty visor and his hair. I had hoped that we would let somebody go ahead of us and the other people that work there would be able to take care of us but they ignored us. So we were completely turned off by this because we both have worked in the food industry and he should have excused himself Alf fixed his hat in the back washed his hands and put on new gloves but he didn't do that. I digress I have never seen this man before so obviously he was new. But there are health codes and he was breaking all of them. My husband and I decided to leave I want to speak to the woman that was on duty on duty but she was in the back and the other young man was still working with other people. If we see this young man we will walk out the door because he doesn't have good hygiene habits. just gross Some of these people need some retraining. Very important suggestion we weren't the only ones that are going to notice this but maybe some people don't care but we definitely care. Like to come back we were super happy before. Remember sweat and hair and God knows what else goes not well...
Read moreLast night I went to the Subway on Sweetwater Rd in Spring Valley. I did not have a good experience like I usually have. First off, the 3 young ladies did not greet me, I was standing there for a minute or2 before one of them said," let us know when your ready." I told her I an ready now. Then they only had 3 bread options available, because they were to busy to make anymore.. I never had went to a Subway with only 3 options of bread. Then the young lady was helping kept stopping making sandwiches because she was in the other young lady's conversion with her customer, mind you it's after 830pm and I'm tired..... Please retrain your night staff on giving great customer service to your customers and make the time to make more bread. People need to learn how to...
Read moreI love Subway and personally have no issue with the food they produce. However, this location has consistently had issues with stock of the things I order and has gotten my order incorrect twice. I always order a footlong meatball marinara, a bag of lays, and a coke as part of the meal combo, along with three white chip macadamia nut cookies. This is the second time they have gotten the cookie part of my order wrong and when I try to call to inform them? No one answers, supposedly they are "busy". Not sure what they're busy doing though since I can't even seem to get my order right... three does not equal one, and chocolate chip is not the same as white chip macadamia nut... I feel completely jipped and am considering taking my money elsewhere...
