Always consistent food quality & healthy choices in this vibrant, hip, cafeteria/hofbrau-style, fast-casual restaurant (no wait-staff). The ever present line (pre-COVID) moves rather quickly, and tables turn over without a wait usually though always busy.

Read moreI would often be a frequent visitor to Jack's Urban Eats Gold River location and was thrilled it was just around the corner from work. I would stand in their long lines, but hey, they have amazing salads, BBQ Tri Tip sandwiches, tasty Urban Fries and my favorite, their homemade mash potatoes and gravy, so it was worth it! Like I said, I'm DISAPPOINTED and will mostly not be returning...
Read moreThe Urban Fries that was delivered from Jack's Urban Eats (Golden Center lane) branch hardly had any blue cheese or chili oil in it. Very obvious this Jacks urban Eats is being very stingy! Also notice that the menu prices when order from them through doordash rahther than ordering in store is way higher! Almost 50% in some cases. Very sneaky from Doordash & from the resturant which sets the prices for ordering through the doordash service. The small urban fries was over $8 each when it is $8 for the large one in store. The grilled Halloumi sandwish is $17 through doordash vs. $12.95 or so in store. The pathetic small portion of fries for $8 is an insult. Not only overpriced, sneaky price changing, stingy with no cheese or chili, but the small pathetic box is not even filled half...
