Awful bad service by the team leader in charge of the night shift . A short Mexican lady . Since the moment I arrived to the speaker box she was verry rude and kept on getting my order wrong. She made me feel rush as I was ordering . As I pulled to the window to pay . Indeed she was rude and I repeated my order once again to make sure she had gotten correct in Spanish and in English and she was so bother by it. Made the transaction verry unpleasant. When I was handed my food she was rude I ask her for my receipt and gave it to me all rude. Once we got home we indeed noticed she placed my order wrong I asked for a starlight meal with burger no cheese since my daughter is allergic to cheese and the burger came with cheese. Leaving my daughter with no dinner.it’s so disappointing having to come all the way bk home and not able to enjoy...

First time I've been here around the area. Thought I'd get something quick being my first week on the job as a nurse. No dine in.. I understand but wanted an order to go but don't have a car. I was instructed by a young man worker to go drive thru. At first declined because I hesitated. I waited for one car to order.. talked to the speaker if I may order.. asked a couple of times if they're there.. no reply. Asked if there's a camera or how do I know I can order. After 5 minutes. Gave up plus a car was going to order after me.. i just responded I suppose cannot order without a car it's most likely car sensor not by voice moved aside and the intercome they responded to his order. Very rude customer service, is an understatement. Not going there that's for sure. Happy nurses...

I told them I had a mobile order, and the employee said alright but she doesn’t ask for who or what’s my order or anything to confirm so how was she supposed to know what to get me. She had me waiting as she proceeds to help other customers. I saw part of my order ready, left on the side near the drive thru window as I continue to wait while every one after me gets their order. Then she kept asking if it’s for “”, before I told her my name and what I ordered. I had to remind them multiple times what was missing in my order before I had everything. The long wait and bad service left me speechless. I was not happy with my first experience here and will not...
