Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

Yesterday we went on drive thru with my husband and the cashier did not hand out my card back and since she just handed us a bunch of bags with our order right away, we didn’t notice. Went back today for the debit card and the two ladies in charge refused to hand me my receipt from yesterday as well as the cashiers name who helped us. I’m usually nice since I have managed in several fast food restaurants in the past. But now a days you never know how secure people are with personal info. Seemed very sketchy and unprofessional how much they went out of their way to not provide the information I asked for. These kids at the drive through are so horrible I’m here at 10:22 on 5/19 made me wait 4mins with no one in the drive through (assuming messing around) I’ve complained to the “manager” and she does nothing. Then he clearly charges me incorrectly for my order. I had to give him the actual total. So sad. This is the only jack n the box I have an issue with. Maybe if they hired “quality” people they wouldn’t have this issue. Also, I chose to go to McDonald’s to order the breakfast part because I don’t trust that they would make it properly because he knows I’ve complained about him before. I was at this location on Thursday, September 7th, and the service was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. We went inside to order because the drive thru was so long. We were totally ignored. The worker saw us but she went on to only take orders from the drive thru. This isn't the first time this has happened but this is the last time I will ever go to this establishment!
