I ordered 1 hamburger special and 4 Pollo Loco dinners. The chicken dinner is the specialty dinner plate. I had to repeat my order twice in English/Spanish; and yet, it still was wrong.

The hamburger was ordered with everything except for tomato. What I got was a mediocre tasting hamburger with no seasoning on the meat, no onions, and barely there Thousand Island dressing. I basically got a meat patty with lettuce, 2 pickles chips, and the bun. The accompanying french fries were not fully cooked and had no salt. The soda that came with the meal was flat.

Now, let's talk about the chicken dinners. Each dinner was suppose to come with half a chicken, salad with ranch dressing, yellow peppers, salsa, and a dinner roll. I got a hodgepodge of chicken pieces. None of the dinners had a complete wing. None of the dinners had the yellow peppers. Some dinners had eating utensils while others did not. The side of french fries for each dinner was undercooked with no salt.

The dinner salad had a "splash" of ranch dressing. When I asked for extra dressing, I was told they had run out. No other option was offered. Really? Did anyone think about making another batch?

The staff also needs to be trained (or retrained) on food handling. The cashier (female) was handling money/card transactions and food items without washing her hands. The two cooks (both male) were also doing the same. The cooks were also horsing around in the kitchen. One of the cooks was blowing his nose right in the middle of the kitchen! Masks were not being consistently worn.

Each entree averaged $10. So, do yourself a favor and go...

I went on the 1st on of August I ordered around 1:30pm and they charge me $26.12 they didn't give me a receipt later on that day I found egg shells on my chili cheese fries and hamburger I found that didn't have vegetables. I called that day around 4:45pm they said is a another shift to call again next day I told em to to save my name and number they refused then next day I called at 2:50pm because I work in morning so hard to find time to call then right now I called today at around 9:05 then the owner or manager was not their they told me that they were nothing they can do it was the son bad very poor customer service maybe no education they just ok what you want me to do I'm like can I get refund or new food but he didn't want to he said sorry and kept repeating it. Poor customer service and poor food quality I been coming here for many years the manager he usually his cool and fix the order but his son not that good. I wouldt be surprised after the dad pass the restaurant to the son is going to go out of business. I'm going to report to health and safety inspections because they coudlt fix a simple ordered that the son of the owner said sorry we don't give refunds or new food. F - NEVER GOINF TO BUY FOOD HERE AGAIN AND OTHER PEOPLE NEED...

We told the lady that took our order to cook my pastrami more if possible and told her thank u. I took a bite of the pastrami and the meat was extra soft. I don't know how people like that can work with customers, it was not busy and I am paying with my own money so it is not bad if u request something extra, I am paying. Really the pastrami meat extra soft when they were not busy at all. Please lady with the glasses, u should learn to take care of us the customer. When I told her about cooking the pastrami more she gave me like a look like I was talking to the wall. She rolled her eyes and yeah the pastrami was even more soft than ever. Next time I should have went to the Hat like I planned. The pastrami when I asked for well done The Hat does it. I'm sorry for asking for anything. One cannot asked for something extra cause workers do their job like we r a nuance as a customer. They are there for us, if we pay for food we can ask for whatever we want. The chicken was extra small, everything else was too salty and pastrami no flavor whatsoever. Jim's u lost a customer. If want a good pastrami...
