This little spot was so flavorful before the pandemic hit. The Shrimp & Fish were my favorite although I seldom eat catfish these days. I would always get the combo with the shrimp & fish. I thought it was so unique that they have their own special blend of seasoning on their crinkle fries. The fish and shrimp had a perfectly seasoned batter that wasn't too heavy and their tartar sauce is my favorite. It's rich and creamy it's amazing. The last few times I have been. The batter on the shrimp is more dry and heavy, the portions of fish is flattened and thinned out & the size of the shrimp seems smaller but, pricing has remained the same or slightly increased. My food was ok, other times I went it was so good I was telling everyone to go get them some. You can tell when the food is cooked and prepared with love. Put that loving back into it and I'll definitely keep coming back and bragging on my experiences.

I had a taste for gumbo, thought I'd try them. Their website says only seasonal during October - February. Today is October 27th so I'm in luck, NOT. I asked the lady there if they had gumbo and sadly she said not right now, perhaps the beginning of November. I shoulda left then. My husband ordered chicken and dirty rice. His strips were ok, my full bones had no taste, there was blood where I pulled the pieces apart, the dirty rice was greasy and overcooked. And top it off, the fried rice had no peas or carrots, all this I find out after my card was charged. Then when I pick up my order I'm told they're out of Coke, had to settle for a root-beer. Talk about disappointment. With what I got today, I wish I'd ordered the fish - then again maybe not.

This place is a gem for fried chicken lovers! The exterior looks simple, but the food speaks volumes. I tried the Chicken Combo, and it was delicious—crispy on the outside and juicy inside, seasoned perfectly with that classic Louisiana flavor. The shrimp combo was another winner with generous portions. Service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is casual, making it perfect for a quick bite or takeout. There's also a wheelchair ramp, which makes it accessible for everyone. I’ll definitely be coming back!

So I ordered the meal that had three fish and five shrimp that came with a roll. I got a side of coleslaw and a side of mac and cheese. Let me start with the flavor of the fish and the shrimp, lacking. The role wasn't even a big roll, it looked like a little corner piece that was smushed in the back of the pan. My Mac and Cheese was just some macaroni noodles that look like they decided to throw Velveeta cheese on it, but didn't throw enough Velveeta cheese on it. It had no flavor whatsoever, my daughter makes way better mac and cheese than that. The coleslaw that I got was okay. My daughter ordered a chicken po-boy sandwich with some french fries. She couldn't really eat the sandwich, cuz the roll that the sandwich was on was hard. Honestly, the only thing that seemed had any kind of flavor were the crinkle cut french fries that had salt on them that you could dip into some ketchup, but you can never go wrong with french fries. The atmosphere is lacking as well. There are tables in the store, but there are signs on the tables that say no dine-in pickup or delivery only. There's supposed to be a patio area seating, but it wasn't set up. The tables and chairs were stacked up like they didn't want anybody staying there to eat. The cashier that helped me was extremely friendly and was very informative, however when I was speaking to the lady in the back she seemed to not want me to be talking to her and as I was talking to her she wasn't even really responding. So yeah I will not be returning and this was my first time...
