Read moreI'm being generous giving 2 stars. I used to come to this place 2-3x a month and LOVED it but as of lately it has gone down hill. I got dinner for my family about a week and a half ago and I arrived an hour and 15 min before closing. They didn't have shrimp, and the bell pepper for the rice bowl was literally raw still. The greens for the salad were old, limp, and wilted. I assumed these things were because it was later in the evening. However, I just got lunch and the experience was even worse. I got a salad again and the lettuce/greens were old and limp. The veggies looked bad and not fresh. The chicken was DISGUSTING. I rate the chicken a negative 5. Seriously. I fed it to my dogs. It was cooked bad, very chewy, and seasoned terribly. Not seasoned like it normally is, and there were pieces of cartilage and a lot of fat. Like they didn't put any effort into trimming it. There was also something very bitter in the salad. Maybe the walnuts were old and rancid? I don't know but I'm grossed out and won't return. $18 for a chicken salad that went...
Read moreI love Pita Q's food, very fresh and flavorful. I work in this area and get tired of trying to find something "new to eat" so Pita Q is always a great choice. I eat here at least once a week and aside from their choice of employees, it is always nice to sit out on the patio and listen to the music as I eat lunch. It is so true that your employees represent your business, she had NO customer service skills and is obviously in the wrong line of work. I kept thinking of all the people out of work that would love to have her job. As I paid and was leaving she wiped a few tears from her face...sorry but it really wasn't that stressful of a job, and no I didn't feel sorry for her. Wow...too bad, such a nice...
