Almost all reviews on this page are for the previous restaurant at this location, Pizza Millenari. Pizza Millenari had amazing pizza. “New York Pizza” is a different restaurant that opened at this location a few months ago. Different owner and different recipes. I was already at the restaurant when I found out it had changed, so I decided to try their pizza but it was very mediocre, I won’t be back. They should’ve bought the recipes from the last restaurant. To be perfectly honest, I was looking for a bagel shop however they were closed and so I saw Pizza Millenari and my friend Joe & I dined in an ordered a pizza & soda special, I was shocked at how much of an awesome deal they offered. As I walked in the super Friendly owners took care of us, I love supporting family owned businesses. I am floored at the high quality food they offer to their customers, Furthermore I found that their pizza was the best pizza I have had including one really good pizzeria. The pizza was burnt black and I called the shop to let them know, just be told "that is how our oven cooks it". The individual refused to acknowledge the pizza was burnt. I would strongly recommend people go elsewhere for pizza as this shop does not respect the customer and all the reviews are from a previous pizza shop so the 4.7 stars is misleading. I have had better pizza from PizzaHut, Dominos, and Pizza Guys with ratings of 2.5 to 4.0 stars compared to this shops misleading 4.7 stars.
