2/19/21 Unfortunately today's experience was the complete opposite of my previous review. Since the remodel, there are only 2 cash registers for walk-in, and apparently even though they have 2 drive thru ordering stations, they decided to make 1 of the the 2 for the second drive thru. Then, once the young lady who was taking out the drive thru orders to the cars waiting for their food but told to park in the regular spots was told to take my order (by this time there were 6 of us (4 groups) waiting) the register had not been cleared of a large order that apparently was still in the system. The manager/assistant manager had to come over and instead of listening to the gal, voided the item appearing on their screen instead of canceling the entire order and tried to get back to filling orders which caused what should have been maybe a minute to be several minutes with me being asked for my order again by the manager. Then, once I was done ordering, I was shorted a dollar on my change back, which when I asked for it was almost given to the people ordering after me. The final frustration was to get home to only have part of my order and part of someone else's order in the bag that was sitting on the counter with my number which was not called out (again, manager was working this station.) Since the item I didn't order was under my other things, I did not notice the error until getting home and was not in the mood to fight traffic or deal with the chaos that was going on inside. Read moreIf it was possible to rate them No stars thats what They deserved they would got none from me.They have terrible service when your a walk in customer all they worry about was getting the drive thrue out and cars were still getting parked and the order wrong. The thing that upset me the most was how managers and staff would not listen to customers you can't even ask them anything because the manager and employee ignore you. I waited 30 min for my order that was 2 big Macs and 2 filet o fish 3 kids meal. Which they advertised a boy truck and a girl truck when order was taken. When I got only boy trucks I came back waited another 15 min for manager to even stop to talk to me I asked the manager she said they are universal toys. She must really think I am stupid. I have worked at mc donalds as a manager and know for a fact that they receive boy and girl toys and have toys for under 3 years old. So Many People in lobby were all crowed in waiting to order or for their order and this is all 1 hour into lunch service. And they were still getting breakfast orders out. I believe they need a better switch method because something was not working. I blame the managers because the employee will see how she ignores customers and do the exact same thing. They need a customer skills refresh training. I don't blame the grill for How long it took for me to get my food. Because they were working hard and fast. Read moreThis is the local McDonald's that we have been going to for literally 20+ years. Why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I placed a mobile order and chose the option of drive-thru rather than curbside (this is due to the transients that happen to hover around that area, kinda scary for a woman and her young 8 year old daughter to be waiting in a dark parking lot) and when reaching the window was asked to pull thru and park at one of the designated areas. Like WT...ef....why give an option and be able to chose it to then just get told to do something else? It made no sense to me. There were people that made orders through the line that received their orders before we did. So, now I wonder if I place the same order through the drive-thru would I receive it like everyone else did? I think I will test it out and see what happens. So annoying. I was watching and everyone else recieved their orders and once there was no one left in the drive-thru that is when we received ours.
