I went to this drive-through on a Sunday afternoon, I ordered something really simple, a double filet-o-fish combo made fresh no salt on the fries & a bottled water. At the order speaker I had them repeat it back, at the window where I paid I had them repeat my order back, and at the window where I picked it up I had them repeat my order back and this is where the problem began. Now I sat in the line a short time which was under 5 minutes so that to me as pretty good. However at the pickup window when I was past my order I immediately checked it to make sure that it was made fresh and to make sure no salt was on my fries both were an issue I was given a single filet-o-fish not a double and it was not fresh and salt was on my fries. I was told to pull over to the front to parking space one and someone would bring out the proper order and I had already put my hands on the food I was allowed to keep the order. Let's just say I parked at the one space at 12:15 PM, it was not until 12:30 PM that someone came out with the wrong order mind you. To my surprise the worker went to five other cars to see whose order it was, and I am not exaggerating. I never realized so many of us were parked to the side waiting for our orders and we were parked all over the parking area, the front, the back, the side, and the numbered parking spaces designated to wait. So the worker went back inside for another 10 mintes because he never found whose had that order. At this point itseemed the parking lot grew in numbers for thoe who were waiting i kid you not. At around 12:45pm another worker came out with one bag and went to another car and I suppose the order was still not correct because she stood at the car for a few moments before the car took off and the driver looked angry. For another 10 more minutes, 12:55pm, no one came out and then when I decided I'm going to just go get a refund and never return to this place again, a worker came out with a box filled with about four or five orders but mines was not there. However the worker checked on me and reverified my order and said yours is next. I asked if I could get a bag of chocolate chip cookies for the egregious waiting time she told me she would ask her manager and would bring it if she could. As promised she came right back out with my order and some cookies, it was a little after 1 pm at this point. My order was finally correct but I have decided to never ever return here again because this place is the worst!!!! I have no idea who management is but you should be retrained immediately on customer service and order flow. Get a new ordering system becase apparently yours is outdated and get a new staff who can take orders properly and cook the correct meals, matter of fact all of you need retraining. I remember McDonald's as a fun and vibrant place where I go with my friends with few dollars in our pocket and get a happy meal and sit there enjoying our meal... it cost $45 for a family of 4... and no, I did not order 4 combos... anyways... My son wanted a happy meal because he wanted the Roblox toy, which was displayed in the lobby as happymeal toys. We ordered and got out food. When he opened his box, there was marvel toy, which he didn't want. My wife and I told him to go up to the counter and ask if they have the toys that were displayed. There was a family in front of him so he waited until they were done ordering, which took about 5+min. For my son's standard, that's long time, he was very patient. Once the family in front of him walked away, he approached the counter.... that when things didn't go well.... there was an older couple behind him, who the person in the counter started taking orders, totally ignoring my son. After seeing this my wife ang I go up to the counter and let the employee know that our sin wax next. She, the employee, seem agitated and said "i apologize for that, what do you need". My son asked if they have the roblox toy, like the one displayed and she simply said " no, that's all we have ". Very rudely. It seems like she already knew what he was going to ask and already had her answer when she saw him in line. She could have waited on him on his turn and could have said it in a way a kids can understand. But no, she didn't. Also, advertising (displaying) something that you can't deliver? Isn't that fault advertising?? They didn't even tell us that they are out of the adverted toy. Food quality is expected as any McDonald's... but the service was horrible! Will never visit this McDonalds again and I advised anyone who's reading this to NOT give this place your business. Horrible...
Read moreThis was the worst experience with McDonald’s ever!!! Yesterday in the afternoon I made an online order through App and went to pick up at curbside. I found out there was nowhere to let me put the curbside number on the app so I drove to drive thru with my pick up number. But at the window was told they could not find my order. I showed the receipt of my order on my App and even the charge from my mobile banking. Later they printed out the paper of my order and let drive up to the next window. Then the manager came and told me I didn’t pay??? I showed again of my receipt and the charge to my bank but she still insist saying I didn’t pay. I don’t know what’s the problem here, they found my online order but said I didn’t pay. Then I asked her what I could do. She told me to contact customer service. At the time I had been there for more than 30 minutes and I was so hungry. But I still checked the App and was trying to find out how to solve while the App mentioned if this is happening ask the restaurant to help solve. Then I turned back to her to ask her what she could do. She kept saying “I don’t know.” What should I do??? App told me the order cannot be canceled while the restaurant manager didn’t know anything but showing a bad attitude. Was that a professional way from a McDonald’s store manager to respond like this? Not sure if there was problem with system but I was sure there was problem with her attitude and her professional level. Seeing a customer waiting and being hungry for almost an hour but the only thing she did was nothing?! I would never come back to this store and have to make this complain.
