Update August 22, 2021 In the drive thru, only me and one other car in front. Ordered a burger by itself and nuggets and was still told to park and wait for my food. I guess this is the new normal now but it shouldn't be, this bothers me but maybe it wont for others. Also, its been a long while since I ordered here.

update, January 1, 2021 Okay, first new bad review for me. So I decided to give it a shot for large french fries this time, and just that. So I ordered large fries no salt, took a couple of minutes to drive to the first window, pay, and get to the second window to pick it up. They told me to park because it will take a while, only a minute or two to finish, I agree and park to wait. 4 minutes pass by and I get out to go ask for a refund and the guy is rushing out with my fries, I told him no thank you, Im getting a refund. So, because they have to know why Im getting a refund, by their logic it only takes close to 3 minutes to make fries with no salt. If that is true, then why did I wait a total of 6 minutes? I know it sounds like I am complaining but this was just one order of french fries. Maybe I have bad luck but I do have my own reasons to stop going to a place.

update, November 26, 2020 They have no reason to ask you to park for just ordering two burgers and a drink in the drive thru, also they still get orders wrong, example? Okay, my friend and I went to get two drink and two large fries, they give us our drinks and asked us to park, why?? Its only two large fries! With no changes to it! So my friend parks, we wait, they bring it out to us and they only gave us one large fries, really???? Luckily we had a receipt and asked for our second fries, they argued that we only ordered one, we show the receipt, they check their order and yes, we did order two, then they finally give us our fries. What a hassle! -- Remember to always ask for a receipt and to always check your order from the drive thru, no matter how simple the order is, they can still mess it up big time!

Update* They lost a star becasue they refused to give me change back for something I paid for but didnt get. Cheesy bacon fries cost 3.79 (that i paid for) and large fries cost 3.19 (which they gave me) and they refused to give me the difference back.

Not bad but the prices have gone up and it can get expensive pretty quickly if you dont look at the actual prices. Drinks are still $1 so that's good. The service has indeed gotten worse, if you ever order in the drive thru than I recommend parking and looking into your bag to make sure your food is correct. It seems as if they always mess something up. Ask for no salt on medium fries? Oh look there is salt on the order of small fries. Always...

I made a mobile order for pick up at counter, I go to the counter and ask the manager for an order under my name and the order number, she “looks” for it and says that she doesn’t have an order with that name or number. I double check to make sure it’s at the right location, it was. She checks with a guy and he says he doesn’t have it either. She said “i think the wifis down” I ask if I should just order again and she says yes, I reorder and I’m looking at where the door dash orders sit and I see my order, before the order comes out I ask for a refund on the order I just made because I no longer need it. She then says she cannot refund it because it wasn’t her mistake. Then I asked how can I be charged for the same order twice since my “mobile order didn’t come through” and she just shrugged her shoulders and kept saying “I don’t know”. All I wanted was to cancel an order that was not yet made because she lied saying orders are not coming through due to the “wifi being down”. One of the employee's that took my order was wearing an 'ankle monitor' like would be appointed by a court. This made me pretty nervous about taking my fiancé and his grandmother in with me for a job interview. The woman doing the interview also asked me why I would even do that in the first place, so I was like, hey, I'm not the one wearing the 'ankle monitor' , pointing to the employee in question, and then giving her a look like, what is a guy like that doing working here then? Worry about that instead of why I'm taking my fiancé and his grandmother in with me for a job interview. Maybe I just want you to get to know me and my family / life since you're gonna start seeing a lot of me from now on!! But I didn't even get hired, which is another reason I knocked two stars off what would otherwise be a 5 star restaurant.
