I have ordered pizza from this store at least 6 times, and I order because it's hard to find a good pizza and I have had good luck with this store. I ordered a large pizza "Everest"on Sunday Jan, 6th, 2019. When the pizza delivery driver arrived, he handed me the pizza and I looked at it and stated that the "Ingredients" was sparse and did not look like their normal pizza. The pizza delivery guy, just turned around and walked to his car. I waited thinking he was calling the store to try to correct the problem, but instead he drove off, without a word to me. I called the store and talked with a person who said he was a manager. I advised him of the above situation and all he wanted to say is that the toppings on each pizza are weighed and that the pizza was within their requirements. I explained that it wasn't just the pizza, but the fact that the delivery guy just walked off and then drove away, like I have to take the pizza whether I like it or not, since they already charged my credit card. The so-called manager asked me what I wanted him to do. I told him first to learn "Customer Service" and that he can either come get the pizza and credit me back, make a new pizza and come get the old one, or credit back my credit card. He still wanted to argue that it was weighed and all the toppings are correct. As I explained this is not their normal pizza and I know since I was a repeat customer, I explained that repeat customers are the backbone of small businesses and that I am not happy with the pizza and would like one of the above options. He said what do you want me to do? That's when I explained the above options and hung up the phone. I was really taken aback that this driver just walked away without saying anything and then drove off and expected me to take a product that I wasn't happy with because they already received payment. I had to repeat it five times to make sure it was done right. 35 minutes later, arrived to get the order… Rude cashier girl tossed a few packets of peppers. Asked for cheese, then she tossed 3. Had to ask this young girl a third time and stated Im buying a $49 pizza for a group and will need more than 3 cheese packets. The tossed four more like I was a f&$king trick-or-treater asking for more candy. Will definitely not spending my coins with this family ran joint. Would highly recommend you NOT as well. The customer services reviews of the past are true.
