Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in California

The worst customer service, rude , unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful employees. Extremely high prices for very low quality food. Also the ingredients which they use for making their food are not fresh , and even the sauce is smelly. These incompetents don’t take hygiene seriously, and touch the ingredients very irresponsibly.They don’t listen to the customers carefully, and make a mess out of customers’ orders. Actually they do not care once they swipe your credit or debit cards. For the sake of whatever God you worshiped once in your life treat all customers equally, and respectfully. And don’t think that the ones whom you prioritize are paying you , but the ones whom you don’t prioritize don’t pay you. Whoever enter your shop, and place an order pay you before picking up his/her orders. So how can you treat customers differently? I had a worst experience with this location, and my order was missing items. Also the pizza was extremely smelly, and the sauce was not fresh. All the food went to dumpster, and was very disappointed, and frustrated about it. I called multiple of times, but unfortunately no one helped me. I regret wasting my time, money, gas, and the miles on my car. I will never recommend this location to anyone, and WILL NEVER give them business...

Just tried to use my rewards. It told me to provide my phone number to redeem my free medium pizza. There’s no way that they’re able to give me a medium pizza because they’re saying that something is wrong with the online app which I showed the actual rewards that I wanted to use on my phone gave the phone number. The youngster at the register called the manager, explaining to her saying that I was being an angry customer and blah blah blah, literally the words out of his mouth, and then came back to the register to tell me that the manager said that there’s nothing that she can do how do I known that their app or online ordering or rewards was full of crap I would’ve never even came here or I would’ve just ordered a small pizza which is what I intended to do. But since it said that I could get a medium free pizza along with a purchase of a medium pizza I said oh what the heck why not. What a mistake and I’ll never come back to this mountain Mike’s probably won’t go to mountain Mike’s at all anymore. I’ll probably just continue to go to roundtable like I should have followed my first mind to do because 1. that was poor Customer Service and 2. False Advertising or their system at the register doesn’t...

We have always got the pepperoni pizza at mountain Mike's. And it's been good up till now, we ordered a pepperoni pizza online extra large. They don't have the same brand of pepperoni anymore it was a lot more spicier before this sauce on the pizza was horrible where it was absolutely delicious before not to mention the service. We ordered that pizza and went in to pick it up 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done and they hadn't even started it yet. There was another couple there and their pickup time was also at 4:30 and their Pizza wasn't done yet. For the amount of money we have to pay for these pizzas one would think that they would stick with the same pepperoni and the quantity of the pepperoni as well as the sauce that was absolutely delicious. This is the third time our pizza wasn't ready when we went in to pick it up. My husband was very angry and he doesn't get angry hardly at all and he said never again we are never ever going back to...
