Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in California

So disappointed in the customer service! I have been going there for YEARS to celebrate my 4 children's birthdays, accomplishments and just to spend time with family. Throughout all the years we go to this specific Mt. Mikes SEVERAL times a year! But my last experience my family, friends & I will NEVER spend a dime here again! I was treated with such disrespect! I have a family of 6 , everytime I come I have at least 6 to 20 people buying at least 4 pizzas (which is NOT cheap) , beer, salad bar and extras! Even though the owner no longer offers any coupons or discounts I still continued to be loyal and spend my money there! The last time I visited I went for a party for my child I purchased 4 pizzas $30 each , beer & salad bar I brought in my own juice since I did not want my children to drink soda.. I was entertaining my party guests and I was interrupted by an employee telling me I can't bring in my own drinks. I'm upset because she didn't take me to the side to inform me she announced it loudly in front of everyone! That day was very hot outside and I did not want my children drinking soda. And after ALL the money I spend there I believe bringing in juice which they don't offer should be OKAY! That one employee lost my business FOREVER! Not only my business but my family and friends and their family & friends! A business will succeed or not ALL THROUGH WORD OF MOUTH! Not only do they have bad customer service but ALL their game machines don't work and take your money! I will definitely be giving another local...

Take out only. Great food and the service inside is polite but not good. Don't bring the kids for entertainment. Video games very rarely along with the vending machines. Either taking money with no results, not working at all or hiding the fact that it is empty and you won't get anything for your $$. "Play at your own risk" is not something I should see on a vending machine for kids. Also.... No plates when served our food? I actually had to ask. No attention to the TV's. Sports interviews with no sound or (CC). Side by side TV's playing the same thing. (Maybe take the time to ask patrons if they prefer anything) DUH They'd just had some remodeling done and I was hoping that other changes were made. Not at all. Too frustrated with the poorly executed indoor environment and lack of attention to the obvious. I've been wasting time or $$ here for too long,...

I'll add yellow to 3 outta 5 ⭐'s to Mountain Mike's. My solo experience was as pleasant as possible dining inside with a cold IPA from the Tap. A Personal Size, "Usual" Garlic, (White Sauce(+)Pepperoni:) with a half shaker of crushed red pepper flakes.°`´· My seat was Front Row, Big Screen Status... as if at a Ball Game with a complimentary sports show running simultaneously on the next screen over. With no other customers (almost unheard of for a Saturday evening)...and the restaurant closing 30 mins after I order my meal, All in all I had a pretty decent experience. The beer & pizza 🍕 that was enjoyable enough to go back for & memorable enough to take the time to leave this review! But... don't take my words for it ...get on over there yerselves and enjoy the...
