New Brew Cafe — Restaurant in California

First time here and we ordered breakfast sandwiches and they were so badly done the cheese was so hard and not even melted. I'm not sure if we got charged for avocado but neither of the sandwiches came with avocados. Then she asked what coffee we got, which I thought she wrote down when she took our order and then gave us the wrong size. We had a small group and only took 2 of our orders and said to go to the patio to take the other orders but she never came out to take our the rest of the order so half of us got our food and then we just ended leaving around waiting for so long. I really enjoy this place, but their DoorDash menu is HORRIBLE. It’s a disorganized mess. You can’t get half the options they have in store on DoorDash. They only put some of the hot drinks and cold drinks. They instead should list the item for example a white mocha and then went you select it it should give an option for hot or iced. They don’t allow you to remove any items from the breakfast sandwiches either. I have an egg allergy and have called them in the past to have it removed and yet it was delivered with eggs and I couldn’t eat it. I recently visited New Brew Cafe in North Highlands, CA and I must say, it's an amazing place! During happy hours, I had a banana protein shake and it tasted delicious. The owner of the cafe is very friendly and has a great sense of humor, making my visit even more enjoyable. I also found the prices to be very reasonable, so it's definitely worth checking out.
