Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in California

Worst Papa Murphy's I have ever ordered pizza from. Absolutely zero management and young employees there just going through the motion. I ordered my pizzas at 4:53 pm online, when ordered it said my pizzas would be ready at 5:30pm. I showed up at 5:42pm, walked in and waited at the "online order" counter for about 2-3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once she asked for the name on the order, she still hadn't even started making it. I did not leave with my pizzas until 6:13. The thing that upset me was that once they got more employees up front to make pizzas, because it was getting busy in the store at this point, when people would walk in and order, employees that were making pizzas for people already waiting, they would stop what they were doing to go make a salad or smores, whatever the person that just walked in ordered. That is where the lack of management falls in my opinion. I don't hold it against the young employees in there doing there job, I hold the owners responsible. They were nowhere to be seen and obviously they have not offered the proper training. Should you want Papa Murphy's, I would recommend finding another one, because in my opinion these owners are not operating this...

The quality of the pizzas made at this location has decreased significantly. I won't even tell the worker that I have a coupon until I get there pick up the pizza for fear that my pizza will be made even more poorly than without a coupon. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and when I picked it up it only had seven pieces Canadian bacon on it. You would think that Canadian bacon is large and should provide full coverage however the meat only covered about one third of the surface area. The same Pizza 5 years ago would have had twice the toppings and twice the amount of cheese. Now the cheese is so skimpy that all you see is a scant amount of sauce that they put on regardless of how much you beg them for extra sauce. I know for a fact it's not the workers fault as they are forced to measure every ingredient and count every slice of meat they put on the pizzas now. Whoever the owner is should be ashamed of the low quality they are selling. I will not be buying from the store again and would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to another Papa Murphy's location and give them...

Zero stars if possible. We ordered 2 pizzas last night. The pepperoni pizza had a long black hair in it. No problem, things can happen. Well, to our surprise even the vegetarian pizza had a long black hair in it. And those are just the ones we found. We called the store immediately to speak to a manager. A young girl advised that no manager was available but offered to take down my number for a manager to call us back. Unfortunately nobody saw any urgency to call in the last 24hrs. Better spend your money elsewhere, you just never know what else you may find in your pizza at this place. And clearly management...
