Peet's Coffee - Gate 8 — Restaurant in California

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, which is a featured displayed item. The man charged me for a “croissant sandwich” and added a $1 charge for bacon, even though this is in fact a menu item. What I received was a burnt croissant, 2 pieces of bacon, and a massive glob of powdered scrambled eggs; no cheese. I also ordered a vanilla latte, which again is a menu item, on the receipt I was charged for a latte with an additional surcharge for vanilla syrup. I understand these are the same thing, however when the item is clearly listed on the menu you should not be charging me for something other than what I ordered so that you can add on an addition for extra money. In addition the coffee tasted burnt, and after being spoiled with amazing coffee all week I was sorely disappointed to end my trip with this. I also saw the $15 price tag at a different eatery in the terminal and decided to skip that one and opt for Peet’s…unfortunately the display didn’t list a price and it ended up costing $15+ for my...

Location: SFO Terminal 2, in Gate 54B. The lack luster attitude, poor communication and lack of compassion from the barista saw us wait in line for 15min expecting a cold, crisp, frosty beverage only to find out that there was no ice...because it melted. I know it's been hot here in San Fran this week...into the mid 80's...ice does need to be kept cold. At the very least someone could have let us know that they were out of ice so we could have been better prepared to order. It's nice when coffee shop personnel appreciates and understands the inherent needs of its customer base...I have 2 stars because the coffee is still delicious. For Peet's sake-get...

Not so great. I ordered a blended snickers. The kid looked at me confused and said they didn't have that flavor.... I then informed him that "yes you do, all you have to do is mix two of your most popular flavors caramel and hazelnut."

When the drink was made I noticed there was no chocolate and asked the girl and guy making drinks to add it. I was met with a real attitude about it. As the girl who just made it was too excited to taste the extra to actually fix the drink I paid for..... i mean come on, I already double paid for half of each flavor and had to explain how to make it
