Pizza Factory — Restaurant in California

Don’t let the signage fool you; this place is NOT OPEN for business, even on Friday Nights in the middle of tourist season. This place has been under new management for a couple years, and rumor was that they cleaned up their act. The previous owners really ran this place into the ground, but at least when they unexpectedly closed their doors due to low quality and no money, there turned off the signs saying they were open.

It’s ok though, if you are looking for pizza, there are other options right down the road. Try Mikes in East Sonora, Mountain Mikes in Sonora, Pizza Plus in Jamestown, Round Table in East Sonora, or wood fire pizza at Mias in Cold Springs.

OH, and if they try to explain that it’s because of FAUX-VID-19 don’t by it. The restrictions have been lifted for weeks. Every other pizza place and restaurant in the county have opened with no issues, including the above mentioned places that actually want to be...

Walked up to the counter ordered two pizzas and spent 42.12. gave the cahsier $45 he gave me no change. I had to ask for my change. He couldn't count. I had to tell him how much change waited 45 min for a pizza. As we are leaving we are being flipped off by local teens who use it as a hangout spot. To get home to no chicken on our pizza. Needless to say we have been coming here for years won't happen again called them to tell them what happened to the manager saying she doesn't wanna deal with this and doesn't have time. Then a nice girl named sierra tells me they will remake my pizza her hands are tied thats all she can do. Oh btw if you want soda or any beverage besides coke zero bring your own all soda is broken and if you need change to play games those are down too along with alot of the games. If you want a salad bar I suggest you make your own. I have been coming here since I was a kid....

I came back for more yummy pizza and ordered for pickup online through the link in Google maps.

I ordered 3 large custom pizzas, One Caesar salad and two antipasto salads.

The bill online was $118.

Okay, pick up time was 1 hour out. I show up 5 minutes early and go to the pickup window and I'm told I have to stand in the long order line with everybody else waiting to order in order to get my pizzas.

When I finally get up to the window and check on my order I'm told I have to wait at least 30 more minutes, and oh that'll be an extra $19 above what I've already paid to cover taxes?

The customer in line in front of me checked on his online order and had the same basic response and he threw up his arms and walked out saying keep the damn money.

My original review: Great pizza, it's a bit pricy but in a small town it's nice to have food...
