Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

I ordered a pizza on doordash and i was trying to make my pizza half and half so I contacted the store Pizza Hut on Niles and Oswell to see if they could please do that change to my order. The employee told me I had to do that on doordash to make that change. I told him I couldn’t make the change on doordash I already had tried. I tried changing my preferences on the app it showed the option was taken off that I couldn’t continue with the option on the app, I tried contacting doordash I could not get a hold of them. Do they want it to be on paper for them to change an order that I placed that I asked nicely to please change it because it was not giving me any options to do it in the DoorDash app. DoorDash is not the one making my pizza so that was the reason I contacted the store to make that change because once again I could not do it on DoorDash app nor are they making my pizza they are just picking it up. The employee continued to tell me my pizza was almost out of the oven how was that even possible when I had just made the order a minute ago and the pizza takes 30 mins to be baked correctly! That is why i called quickly so they can please make that change before throwing it into the oven. I used to work at a pizza parlor so I don’t know who this employee was trying fool. Overall terrible employees or just uneducated employees. It will be the last time ordering pizza at this location because the employees seem to be lazy and don’t know how to talk to their customers. I am not trying to say I am right but if you have worked at any food place you know that customers are always right. I feel like my request was not too much to ask for especially if you are telling the employee that you could not do it. I contacted the store because they are the ones making the pizza now it’s nonsense to contact DoorDash because what the DoorDasher is going to hop in the kitchen and make my pizza. This employee...

I ordered my food like i do on a reguler bases 1 or twice a week.just had a delivery a few days ago but not this time .instead of getting my pizza .i got a phone call remember i said phone call.pizza hut called me and said they was out of pasta at every location in town. And then they told me my number wasnt correct .but they called me somehow said they cancelled my order .still got charged for ther order though this pizza hut is a joke. They offered to make it right in the past but did nothing .this time they lost a costumer and far as pizza hut .they endorse this kind of treatment to there customers its like they dont need the money to be honest i think im going to c what legal action i can take . Almost forgot a few weeks ago i ate there hot wings wich was cold and rubbery got sick later that night. this is a bad resturant.dont do business any more with any pizza hut my gut says. n time delivery. Slow and cold pizza and or pasta.last 4 orders from pizza hut was realy disappointing .seems like dominos is faster and hotter.slowly loosing my intrest in pizza hut.since i posted this ive ordered multible times still theres always an issue .the last one did me in .sorry to say the only thing they seem to do from the owners comment was wich was a polite gesture give me the incorect change back. Making the decision to . delete my pizza hut acount. And using rusties r santa .....for my pizza needs.this is just my experince . Good...

I gave 3 stars because I understand the issues one might run into when trying to manage a time/cook situation. But really I should have given a 2 star review. I used the Pizza Hut app to place my order, had no issues and everything when smoothly. Was told my order would be ready in 23 minutes. I showed up at the store at 28 minutes. The pizza tasted like it was sitting there for 5 hours, not 5 minutes! The pizza first off was cold. The stuffed crust was soggy and the cheese was like a old piece of string cheese?? The toppings were not even melted in with the skimpy layer of cheese that was there. I did t order extra cheese but I also didn't order light on the cheese either!! So with the soggy crust and the toppings just thrown on, when you picked up a slice, the pizza fell limp and the toppings fell off!! I've had decent stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut in the past. This was by far the worst pizza I ha e gotten from Pizza Hut. Looks like the Hut out...
