Pizza Plus — Restaurant in California

I’m a pizza snob. This is in or over anything the top 2 I’ve ever had, it's all in the sauce and ingredients. The giant super is all we get it , it is or the left over policy to use the over pizza . They feeds us the goods Two or three days No one doesn’t to let Un finished to throw away. ? Well no . finish pizza the it’s also I’m not wanting to throw any pizza . . We the for us two. We sometimes add a bit more of extra sauce and extra garlic And if you love garlic order it ,. I however these are sum that you don’t like ,garlic. Well it’s to taste . I also hope this enough info. But either way this is just info . We eat this but definitely they have a real good salad bar it’s . It’s fully stocked and ready always. This is as what we want . My family and I. This is just my information. They have beer and good stuff if you like ipa? I hope , well as other go try it . ? If you try our order. Please it’s not the almighty grail, I hope how ever, of your choice it’s up to you but the foundation quality and capable or just awesome . It’s a little information. It’s up you to pick . Just had lunch there today and the pepperoni on the pizza was burnt to where it gave the Pizza a burnt flavor so I brought it to the pizza makers attention and he told me when you ask For extra pepperoni because it’s a fatty meat it will burn going through the pizza oven but yet we order there at least twice a month and we’ve never had a problem with the pizza before it appear to be someone new working in the back doing the pizza and so I told him I’m not trying to be difficult I’m just letting you know that when the pepperoni is burn it gives a burnt flavor to the pizza he walks off scuffs then comes back as were leaving and says next time order light. So I turned around and said excuse me and he said next time order white and it won’t be burnt and I said I would think that someone that knows how to cook a pizza would know how to cook it without burning it and there won’t be a next time and...

We usually love Pizza Plus in Jamestown and it’s one of our go-to spots because the pizza is always amazing. On this order, the mushroom garlic pizza was perfection. However, the pepperoni pizza came out with the crust burnt (see picture). When I brought it up, they offered me 10% off, which only took about $2 off the price.

As regulars, I wasn’t looking for anything free—just for the situation to be made right. I didn’t have time to wait for a remake, but a more thoughtful solution (like a larger discount) would’ve gone a long way. We’ll definitely be back because the pizza is usually great, but I hope next time the service matches the quality...
