Day-O Espresso — Restaurant in California

I was hesitant to even go there because the always screw up the process of making my drink. They constantly put the frap powder(which is for blended drinks) and put it in my Hot Bar drinks. Instead of making actual mochas with syrup and shots they just mix the powder with milk. (NOT THE SAME THING DAY O) I even specifically asked the barista to make it on the hot bar with syrup and still got a super frothy powdered drink. No other coffee shop in history has made mochas wrong. But day o does. Makes a delicious drink taste like 💩💩💩💩 Never going back again. Waste of 6...

I just drove off about 10 minutes ago, ordered 2 chais with half and half. When I got home I realized mine wasn't even filled. It was missing about an inch and a half of liquid. Also when I tasted my husband's I realized that mine hadn't been made with half and half like I requested but his was. If I'm able to get a new coffee I will come back and leave a better review but they mess up my order frequently Update: went back the next morning and they refused to remake my coffee because I didnt bring them...

They consistently make very good drinks. The Jamestown location tends to forget to ask if I would prefer hot, iced, or blended (And I forget to request my preference). They automatically will blend my drink which is fine, but I usually prefer a hot drink.
