Went here recently since it's been a while, it was a mistake to go. Got a burger with avocado, couldn't even at least mixed it around to make it look fresh. I've worked in fast food and that's laziness! It was brown! Oh lobby was also closed, so good luck getting in when certain employees are there. Also ordered a large strawberry sundae, definitely over priced. It's just vanilla ice cream in a cup with a small amount of strawberries on top. At least do the bottom as well, or a hole in the center filled with strawberries. $5 for a small cup is overpriced. Could get better ice cream at the 99 cent store. The only good thing are the fries, crispy, enough salt and fresh.

The Food is too expensive for the setting. It is mediocre AT BEST American food. I got the crispy chicken salad and my husband got a bacon cheeseburger with zucchini fries. The ranch was so delicious but thatā€™s pretty much the only thing that stood out to us. The atmosphere was ROUGH. We had two homeless people come up to us and ask us for money while we were eating. Will not be coming again His burger and fries were $20 and my salad was $15

I go to pops to get a jumbo fries with $5. The cost of the fries says $4.49 but my receipt has $4.99. I only had 5 bucks, total came out to $5.35. I told the lady the sign says a different price. I walked home,got my wallet and came back. The employee said they dont change the sign. I will be returning to pops, but am highly disappointed.

2 times now I ordered a pastrami chilling cheese fry. Only yo drive all the way home to find out it's just a chili cheese fry. Called to make sure my order a d immediately before I could say what happened she immediately said I'm so sorry I charged you fir a regular chili cheese fry. She had the answer before I mentioned it. I only said I just was there and ordered a pastrami chili cheese fry. She knew what I was gonna ask before I could ho on. Also if u order a pastrami sandwich later I. Evening. It's caked with so much black pepper that we don't buy them anymore. Like they cook I. Juice a d everything they make more juice they add black pepper. The place has really gone bad. I'll start looking for a better place. Waste of my time and gas on manyvoccasions thinking maybe it was kist the cook of the hour. Too consistent with this issue. No more. I'm sure they don't care asvim...

Went there tonight. 4/30/19 at around 8pm. I asked for 2 pops burritos. Which I'm sure just about everyone knows that's 2 fried burritos. The very unprofessional lady at the window said no we dont have those. She said we dont call them pops burritos. I didnt want to argue with her so drove off. I then called the number associated with pops. Same lady answered and I asked so you guys dont have any pops burritos? With a a very annoyed voice she No WE DONT!!. I told her well you just lost a very long lasting loyal customer. Her response was ok whatever and hung up on me. I dont understand how businesses employ people like this. And yes you have the time and date so you know who was working at the time. I will never ever...
