The rolled tacos were cooked perfectly. That's where the "one star" experience ended.

I requested two orders of three (3) rolled tacos with cheese but didn't want the cheese. According to the current menu, this item is $3.99 each. I was asked if I wanted cheese and guacamole. The addition of guacamole changes the order and makes the item $4.99 each. Initially, I agreed to adding guacamole but, on the side, but still refused cheese. Then I changed my mind and refused the guacamole and returned to my original order of plain rolled tacos.

The woman asked very sharply, "You just want plain?" I responded, "Yes, plain." She asked again and I answered her again the same way. Why is she making a judgement call on how I order rolled tacos?

Clearly, she did because I was charged the price for the rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole - $4.99 - not the original price. When I questioned it, she treated me like I'm stupid and told me about the sales tax. Really?

The receipt and pictures of the food are proof I wasn't charged accurately. I wasn't treated fairly nor was I treated well. My family has spent untold amounts of money there over the decades. This one order - and the $2 plus tax difference is not a ton of money on this one occasion - but it could make a difference to someone else. How you treat customers - and whether you keep or lose them - is everything. Remember that the next time you're faced with...

Of all the carne asada nachos I have had this is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Sure I came at 10pm for nachos, but regardless I did not need to entire the torture I did eating this only to realize after eating the first 1/3 it was too horrible to be eaten.

Thats not an easy thing for me to say either as I love nachos and I love carne asada.

I will dive down into 4 parts of the nachos and explain:

Asada meat - only on very top of the nachos (not at all layered) was OK. Pretty juicy and only a little overcooked.

Nacho Chips - they were so thick I felt like I was going to crack my tooth eating them! They are the kind of chips that leave scars on the roof of your mouth they are so rough. They are most likely fried in house but probably with some store bought 🌽 tortillas cut and fried. They would be much better off buying store bought chips, adding meat and veggies between the layers a bit.

Cheese - shredded cheddar (yellow = color added) was ok - not going to say it was too little but why not some queso Oaxaca, or some blend. Again only on the top not layered within the chips.

Other vegetables - very few to be frank. Would have been great to get Onions, Cilantro, peppers, diced...

Horrible service got my order wrong I asked for carne asada fries bean and cheese burrito and 3 horchatas when I got to the drive thru window she gave me the bean cheese burrito which was right but then she told me I'm just waiting for your torta to be done .I told her it wasn't a torta I ordered I asked for carne asada fries she repeated to me about the torta and I repeated my whole order to her again then I just told her only give me two horchatas and the carne asada fries after waiting so long to get my carne asada fries when I got home to my disappoint they gave me 1/4 plate of carne asada fries less then half a cup of cheese u couldn't see the carne asada in the fries or the guacamole😣I paid $9.00 for this .I wanted to go back but I was too tired after working two jobs and getting out late from my second job.i will never again come here to eat and I don't recommend this place to anybody.
