Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in California

January 1, 2021 experience. (Store closed at 2:00pm.) Walked up with my friend to the store entrance at 1:53pm after workout nearby. Rudely greeted by a Starbuck's employee. "Only one of you is allowed to come in." I said, "no problem, we'll wait for someone to come out and both go in." She said, "we are closing in 7 minutes and we cannot guarantee you'll get your order." We have never felt more discarded and unwelcome. We drove to Granite Bay Starbucks and we will never come to this Starbuck's again. P.S. Starbuck's has a '10 minute's rule too so by policy we had 17 minutes to order, pay for our coffee. These 'partners' were rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER come to this Starbuck's again and I workout at Orange Theory 6 days per week in EDH Town Center. This place seriously messed with the wrong people with attitude and poor (no)...

Unfortunately, Google won't let me give no stars, so they get one by default - which is about 2 more than they should get.

Starbucks seems to be getting more and more snobbish - and with the addition of a lackadaisical and half-hearted millennial at the counter, this visit was horrendous.

I've been looking for sugar-free drinks, and when I asked her to explain one of the mix options, she started, but then said "well, you wouldn't understand".

I have a few dollars left on a card someone gave me, which hopefully I can use just to get ground coffee - but at least I know what gift to tell people NOT to ever get me again.

Dutch Bros is the new place to go anyway, or Dunkin Donuts. Friends don't let friends drink...

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Wow, I am very impressed and thankful for the service we received at the Town Center Location. We had a rather large order during the morning, but the staff was very friendly and did not treat us as an inconvenience. We were helped by a very friendly girl (who seemed to have a Ukrainian/Russian accent). She was very kind and considerate, and she even went the extra mile for us by writing the names of all our coworkers on the drinks for our order. The staff made sure we left with everything we needed, and they were super fast and efficient.

My work doesn’t go on Starbucks runs often, but the next time we do I’ll be sure to stop here! Everyone...
