Starbucks is a well-known coffee chain that serves up a variety of delicious drinks and snacks. However, what truly sets this particular location apart is their star employee, Aleena. From the moment you walk into the store, Aleena's friendly and welcoming demeanor makes you feel right at home.
What is truly remarkable about Aleena is how she goes above and beyond her job title to engage with all of her customers. Whether it's taking the time to ask about your day or recommending a new drink to try, Aleena always makes you feel like a valued customer. Her positive attitude and warm personality create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back time and time again.
But it's not just her friendly demeanor that makes Aleena a standout employee. She is also incredibly efficient and attentive, always ensuring that orders are prepared quickly and accurately. Even during busy times, Aleena remains calm and collected, maintaining a high level of service and quality.
In a world where customer service can often feel lacking, Aleena is a breath of fresh air. Her dedication to creating a positive and memorable experience for her customers is truly inspiring. She is a shining example of what it means to go above and beyond in your job and to truly care about the people you serve.
In summary, Starbucks is already a great coffee chain, but Aleena makes this particular location truly exceptional. Her outstanding customer service and engaging personality make for an enjoyable and memorable experience every time you visit. If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting Aleena yet, I highly recommend stopping by this Starbucks location to experience her exceptional...
Read moreIf you come to this location just know it’s a 50/50 chance your order is wrong. I use to go thru the drive thru but 70% of the time there was always something wrong with my coffee. So I started doing the online order since there shouldn’t be any communication issue, they can see everything on the sticker. Even with that they can’t get it right. Yesterday I ordered an iced coffee with a cold foam on top, they forgot the cold foam but I didn’t bother because I was in a rush and it was raining. Today I go back and order the EXACT same coffee and they added the cold foam but I noticed instead of a sticker it was hand written and instead of half and half they added 2% milk I see it in writing. I didn’t bother because again I was in a rush (I have kids and don’t have time to wait for it to be remade). I add certain things to my order because I have health conditions I need to work around like lactose intolerance, acid reflux, anxiety, etc. so I have to make adjustments so I can enjoy my coffee and not be hating life. This location specifically just doesn’t care about changes and specifications so I personally will not be coming here. And if you have the same issues then I wouldn’t recommend this location because you’ll end up with...
Read moreWoke up this morning at 1 am for the Starbucks x Hello Kitty Collaboration Drop and was the first in line with my husband. We saw the openers come in around 3:30 am, and despite seeing the line of people who waited for these items, the two openers saved cups for themselves. I watched two girls took a handful of items to the back, and then move the other cups forward in an attempt to hide what they did. This is extremely unfair for not only the customers who were in line, but the other workers from that very store who were in line with me. I had gone into the store last night to ask about the drop. I saw a few of them again in the morning waiting in line like everyone else, and they told me about how they closed at midnight to finish the display, yet they didn’t get a chance to get any of the cups they wanted because of the greedy openers. Last I remembered, it was a violation for workers to hold items for themselves; if they were allowed to, then the closers I was in line would’ve been able to get cups for themselves instead of waiting like the rest of us. What a selfish...
