I really enjoy 5 Guys food, but this experience has really changed my impression at this location. I walked into the restaurant full of smoke. There were a couple of people waiting for their food. When I stepped up to order, I felt my feet stick to the floor. I took a quick glance, the floor was not clean. There were 3 employees talking behind the counter. The young man stepped up to take my order with no greeting, no emotion. His indifference was even more evident when I paid for the meal, and he handed me my change without a thank you or acknowledgement. He just handed me the receipt, and didn't even give me a cup for my drink. One guy in front of me received his order, while another waited. All three employees stood behind the counter and just talked. One of the two females was looking at her phone, but our food orders were not being attended to. Another guy in front of me finally got his small order while they continued talking, not even at the grill. I waited for 10 minutes for one hamburger; 9 mins were watching them just talk. I finally received my burger but had to ask for my drink cup. I walked to the garbage can to throw something away, and it was so full I could barely fit my garbage. Yet the three just kept talking. They could have cleaned, cooked, prepped, but rather, left me with a poor impression. It's too bad because I like 5 Guys. Prices are high, but the experience will keep me away from this...

First I tried to do a web order, which I usually do, and for whatever reason it wouldn't let me complete my purchase, so I decided I would call in my order . I placed my order for 3 burgers and 2 fries and went down there to pick them up. When I got there the girl at the counter asked the grill person if my order was complete and he looked at her all crazy like "I didn't get that order" So..... I had to place my order again. They assured me that they would make my order first so I wouldn't have to wait so long being it was their mistake my order got misplaced. I then proceeded to wait until everyone else's order before mine got finished and even the person behind me was done before mine... So much for them getting mine done first! I ended up waiting a total of 20 minutes after I got there for them to make my food and was not given a discount or extra food (they always put extra fries in the bag anyways so I don't count that) to make up for the mistake.
I am extremely disappointed in the service I received and would reccomend going elsewhere if you're planning on going out to eat for lunch on a Saturday they do not seem organized or efficient when things get a...
   Read moreOh where do I begin? I received a $25 gift card for Christmas & when we tried to redeem it, the cashier said it had no money on it. The manager said there was nothing he could do about it. Our order of 4 burgers, 3 fries & 4 med drinks came out to a whopping $65.00!!!!! đ± Our burgers came & they looked like someone had thrown them against a wall. The buns were cold, burger was under cooked & everything was disgustingly soggy. Fries were over cooked. To top it off, all four of our orders were wrong. We couldn't finish our food, it was so nasty.We told the VERY YOUNG "manager" our concerns & how we've never seen such terrible customer service or such unappealing food & all he could do was nod his head, no apology, . . . nothing!!! Disgusting service & food, to say the least. NEVER GOING BACK...
