Mattress doesn't fit queen size bed. I Called them back the same day it was delivered, and explained to the store employee that the mattress is about 3 to 4 inches off either by length or width. I took pictures and text them to the store employee.They told me that they will come back out and pick up the mattress and bring me the correct Size and I won't be charged any extra fees. In my copied paperwork receipt it's explained if the mattress in deminsions are more than 2.5 inches off from the queen size mattress deminsion give them a call to replace the mattress. I had been told that the mattresses are hand made at the warehouse.Queen size deminsion are 60W x 80L. My next delivery date would be on a Sunday two days later after the first delivery. Sunday's weather had stormy conditions. Delivery was between 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. I kind of felt that it was going to be impossible to deliver from northern Tri-Valley bay area towards south east of the Stanislaus Co. Rural San Joaquin Valley. As predicted the delivery had to be canceled due to mechanical auto failures. I was told during the cancelation phone call that I would have to call the store to reschedule. When I called the store, the employees had no idea that the delivery was canceled or were never told why? The store employee promised me that the situation would be taken care of and he did get another delivery to be scheduled for that Wednesday after the failed Sunday delivery attempt. One thing I asked was to make sure that the mattress replica demo that I seen and picked out in the store would be the same mattress to be newly crafted and delivered. The store employee that helped me in the store assured me that it would be. Well unfortunately I have to call the store back today 2/8/24 to let them know that the deminsion for the new queen size mattress are again incorrect. I took pictures to show my proof and would request for them to come pick up this mattress! The mattress is about 3 1/2 inches off by W or L and this is not working out!. It does not fit the new queen bed that I purchased with the correct same queen size deminsion on my paperwork receipt!. Their are gaps between the mattress and the bed frame which is not good if you have infants in the household, which I do. Otherwise than that everything else could be all good. When I called the store to speak with the sales person(s) that sold me the mattress they were not in because it was their off day. So another employee tried to help me the best that he could to address the concern but recomrecommended that I call back in 2 days when the sales person(s) return back to work. UPDATE: After speaking with the store employee this morning on 2/10/24 and he reviewed the pictures and visualized the the dimensions of the mattress I sent to him, he agreed that the measurement were incorrect. He was very apologetic and felt terrible that I had to go through the replacement of the mattress twice. The store employee offered to go beyond and above to fix the problem and to make sure that I received the correct mattress. Instead I suggested to the employee that I would like to exchange that mattress for another selection. So I decided to go with another mattress instead. I never had a problem with the customer service from the employees at the store. They addressed the situation and the concern that I had and executed a resolution to solve each problem. If you are in need of a new bed, look no further than Mattress Firm in Manteca. It’s located off airport rd. In the Starbucks shopping center, right next to Chili’s. I was fortunate enough to be the only customer in the store and a lovely lady named Paula was assisting me. I told her what I was looking for and she pointed out the tempurpedic hybrid, that has head and feet adjustments. It was the first bed I laid on and the one I ended up choosing in the end. Paula was well educated and extremely knowledgeable when it came to all the beds they offered. She was very personable and her customer service by far surpassed any I have ever received. She helped me to finance my bed at a price suitable for myself and found the bed I wanted at a discounted price. I ended up saving $1,000 and a very nice mattress protector was included. This was my first time ever buying a brand new mattress for myself and I have to say, it was an incredibly positive experience. If I ever need a mattress again in the future or if someone I know is in the market for one, I will hands down direct them to the AMAZING Paula at Mattress Firm in Manteca. Here’s my story:

It took 58 yrs, a broken back, and a very persistent family to realize that self care is not an extravagance but a necessity.

My bed has never been anything but a necessary piece of furniture. All my life I have never used an alarm clock. The reason is that I just have never slept well enough to need it. I have always tossed and turned and woken up with back pain due to an exaggerated lumbar curve (diagnosed after my accident). It’s draining and depressing and if you add piles of stress, you will eventually break. Trust me.

I am so blessed and grateful AF to now have a new adjustable bed. I can honestly say, that I understand now what it means to get a good nights sleep. A simple requirement for a healthy life that everyone deserves has eluded me until now. It is seriously a game changer. This bed is now my sanctuary and I actually sleep in, like every day!
