Panda Express — Restaurant in California

This one in Stadium center has to be one of the lowest performing Panda Express in the chain. Always out of food,tables are dirty,very small portions. We go to Panda approximately once every three weeks. We always try this one first because it's closest to home but lately we go inside look at the hot trays and most of them are nearly empty. Always same answer we can cook more just take 12 to 15 minutes. At 5:30 at night they ought to have the popular items ready to sell. Another time we went in at 8:15 on a Tuesday night was told we aren't going to cook anymore because we close soon. Hours on doors stated that they closed at 10pm. Most of the time when you do get food you have to go ask for a wet towel to wipe down your own table. Instead of them offering to do it. This place really needs to be mystery shopped by corporate. Thankfully their is another Panda in town that usually has way better service even though it's much busier being it's location and proximity to other...

Have been eating here 3 years with my family every week. lately they do not fill containers up when ordering .not sure if it’s because they don’t see my face in person or what. make you pay extra and only give you half the food not cool. don’t order family meal you get the same amount of shrimp on a 2 item plate. We checked this is sad to see. it was not like this I’m not sure what happen last 2 times. Staff was rude to me when I called was told thats how it is now old general manager is gone I call bs treat us fair. if we are spending money at your location should not have to worry about who is working am I going to get ripped off how you going to keep Customers And own a business ripping off reg customers. Was in this panda express on December 7 at 11 o'clock in the afternoon. Made a big order for 5 people. The unprofessionalism of the staff of this particular place surprised. It was lunchtime, but they didn’t have many dishes. They just didn't cook them. We wanted Angus steak, but the staff member said it would take 30 minutes to cook! At the checkout you can usually buy juice from them. But not in this store. The seller could not find the juice, and when he turned to the shift supervisor, he answered something dissatisfied with him, but the juice was never found. What a surprise it was when I brought the ordered to my colleagues at work and we wanted to start eating it. The seller did not put the forks in the packages! They always put the forks in the bag, so I never even checked it because I was sure the forks...
