If I could give this place zero stars I would. The MANAGER SONI (female) is extremely rude and very unaccommodating. I had placed an order on DoorDash and when my order arrived I noticed the pizza as well as the garlic parmesan sticks were both OVERCOOKED AND BURNT (hardly had any pepperoni on it as well, but thatās not the issue). I had called the restaurant to see if anything could be done, mind you I was willing to drive to the restaurant and return this order and pick up another one.. instead the manager decided to not help me out and argue with me about why she canāt remake my order. I did not even ask for a refund I just wanted my order to be made correctly. Why is a person thatās rude and arrogant even given the opportunity to be a manager?? Iāve ordered from this place many times before and never run into this issue. This whole experience has been unpleasant. I hope the MANAGER SONI learns how to do her job properly and the other employees learn how to make orders correctly. Also, I mentioned there not being any safety seal on both the boxes to the MANAGER SONI AND SHE LIED AND SAID THEY NEVER PUT ANY SAFETY SEAL ON THE ORDERS!! I saw a 39.99 special online for a specialty pizza, a medium 1 topping pizza and garlic twist bread or chicken wings. What I ordered was the Ulti-meat, a cheese pizza with some parmesan chicken wings. After completing my order I added a 3 dollar tip. After I entered my credit card information and push enter to have my order made. I quickly realized I made a mistake. So I called the restaurant and spoke a Don or Dom something like that. I asked if I could change my order on my speciality pizza to the Double Play Pepperoni. The guy said that it wasn't the same kind of pizza. That he would have to delete my discount and I would be paying full price. Well if you look under their premium pizza's online you will see the Double play pepperoni as one of their specialty pizza. So I said that is ok please keep my order the same. After going back online to verify that the double play is under their premium pizzas; I went to go get my food. By the way this is a picture of the Ulti-meat pizza that I paid for. It was totally lacking toppings as you can see. We ate half before we decided we were going to complain.

When I asked her, are they any vegetarian pizzas at the buffet. She asked do I prefer (1) gourmet or (2) the delight? I said #1. To which she said, Iāll put one in the oven right now and by time you are done with salad, itāll be out in a jiffy. Then she came looking for me, to let me know pizza was ready. All this time #2 was already there from beginning, thus for buffet, she didnāt have to make the #1 at all.
Itās not like she made me feel special with āIām doing it just for youā gesture. For her it seemed natural to simply keep a vegetarian customer happy, maybe by making a special stupid #1 pizza.
