Horrible visit. Understandable its Sunday morning 2 employees on shift. Who wants to work Sundays? Not those 2. Cashier wasn't warm and welcoming, and the barista wasn't too responsive as well. Ordered 2 drinks, regular coffee and a venti soy vanilla latte with extra vanilla, not too difficult of a beverage. However it was for the order writer. Didn't engage with us didn't, didn't ask we wanted anything to eat, we had too, never gave me my total nor ask if I wanted my receipt, I assumed my transaction was complete so I moved on. Barista at the bar same reaction as the cashier, no conversation beverage was made incorrectly, when my buddy said if there was extra vanilla and soy, she just said no with a polite attitude. Didn't offer to remake it, apologize nothing. She just did it. Didn't accept the responsibility of the mistake. If we didn't politely ask for it, she would of still had her demeanor. After the beverage was made and handed off we thanked her and told her to have a good day. That's not our job its hers. Read moreI’ve never been More appalled in my life to be disrespected over cold phone, and to be talked about and ridicule to me it’s unethical and shameful the way that the cashier made me feel as if my words did matter I was insignificant de minimus, and the fact that customer services doesn’t exist because she just could not accept the fact that she was wrong. I order cold foam the barista made it, and as the barista was bringing it to me, she ordered her to pour it out because it was too much to be serving the fingers if you poured it out into the sink that means that it has no use so why would you have a pour out something I pay for in front of me and if that was a teachable moment why didn’t you go behind closed doors to have that conversation then I’ll leave walk back inside and she’s discussing all of this openly in front of everyone did not leave a good taste of my mouth and I just feel as if there are some races undertones the last four times I’ve been in that establishment. I recently visited the Starbucks at 15600 Hesperian Blvd, San Lorenzo, CA 94580, and my overall experience was okay. The staff was friendly, but the busy and somewhat hectic atmosphere affected the overall quality of service. It seemed like the focus was more on mobile orders, causing longer wait times for walk-in customers.
The drinks were mediocre, and though there’s a policy for remaking unsatisfactory drinks, I hesitated due to the already extended wait times. It appeared that the location might be short-staffed, leading to challenges in maintaining efficient service.
One notable concern was witnessing a customer touching every mobile order cup, raising hygiene issues. Starbucks should address this to ensure a cleaner environment, especially with the increasing reliance on mobile orders.
