Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

Nope. With all due respect to those of you who eat fast food frequently, let me start this review by saying I try to avoid it at all costs. No judgement . But it's not good for my health.

But on this late night after a stressful work day, I decided to run for the border. I knew we had plenty of Charmin at home for the Taco Bell revenge that would hit me next day, so I was ready.

This Taco Bell is close to a Mc Donalds,Jack in the Box and a Carl's Jr. But I had a taste for a Taco Salad and a Taco Supreme. I was so excited. It had been over a year. I placed my order with a really friendly guy and drove to window to pay . "Any sauce?" he asked. I responded "mild,please". Within minutes he hands me a small bag and closes the window.

After a few minutes, he opens the window and looks at me with that " what's the problem " face. "I ordered a Taco Salad" I said. He screams out "Girls, where's my Taco Salad" Hands me the box in silence as if I did something wrong. No apology. Nada. I work in customer service and an apology goes a long way when we make a mistake. I ordered some coffee one morning at this same place and it took 15 minutes. Now, don't clown me for getting coffee at Taco Bell. It was really close to my destination. The poor clerk was really confused about what button to push on the register, tried to give me back more money than I gave him and seemed like he needed that coffee more than I did. He was nice and thanked me for my honesty. But DON'T go to Taco Bell if you are in a hurry. The only thing that will be moving fast is your legs when you run for the bathroom after...

So on my lunch time I pulled up to this location like I do 2 to 3 time a week because the food is good but this time the food was horrible. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was burnt and there was barely any cheese and just a little bit of chicken. The quesadilla had an awkward taste to it. It tasted moldy and had a weird stanch to it. I took one bite and was done with it I also ordered a taco sucream. It was soggy the minute I opened the package and it had only been about one minute. The first bite I took it tasted bitter and I ended up spitting it out onto the paper. Before I drove off from the drive thrugh I asked for some hot sauce and they said all they had was diablo sauce left over. The lady at the window stated that they had no other hot sauce because the rest of it had already been put away. I asked for some French fries, but they told me that their friar was turned off.But they still had forty minutes before the store closed. I understand they want to go home but doesn't the customer come first, right? I had to post this because this is the worst service and the worst food i've received from Taco Bell on Florin rd. I will go to jack in the box across the street from now on where I feel my business is appreciated by...

So I'm writing this here because I couldn't get ahold of the store when calling. This message is to apologize to the worker who was working this morning on August 31st in the morning. I went to go have breakfast, well I tried, never had taco bell for breakfast before, so it was a weird craving... when I went to the drive threw...instead of leaving me there waiting, the lady outside told me nobody was in the drive through .. I thought I could go in, but when I parked she informed me nobody was in there to take my order, not gonna lie I got a little frustrated... but after thinking about it, I had not had my coffee 😕 and I was a little rude to the lady... she was literally outside cleaning all the trash around the restaurant and honestly that's amazing. Cause not just anyone would go out there to clean up the parking lot, so there was no reason for me to get mad or upset.... I had tried to call and apologize for my rude behavior.... but this is my next way... I apologize for being a Karen this morning and just to encourage her to keep on being a great employee and I hope I didn't ruin the rest of her day with my bad attitude...
