Subway — Restaurant in San Leandro

Hello, we ordered online today at 7/15/2025 and noticed multiple issues with this location. We ordered at 11:30am and when we arrived to pick up (for ASAP) our order was not done after 25 minutes. My co-worker was the only customer at the time, and she texted me telling me that the person working on the sandwiches was on the phone having a personal conversation about her family, and not following any lists. I arrived to the building and noticed dust everywhere, from the counters to the ceiling lights. Some paint was also peeling from the ceiling. When we received our food, I saw onions in my sandwich as well as tomatoes which I did not order. I'm also allergic to onions. This incident has been reported to the Environmental Health Department for negligence of the facility and...

I don’t know why I even bothered to spend my money in this establishment in the first place . To begin with the cashier/server wasn’t even in the serving area when I came inside the store I had to say hello multiple times before she even came out . She proceeded to make my sandwich I paid and left after I finally sat down and ate my sandwich I got the worst feeling ever and it’s currently midnight and I’m still having a stomach ache I don’t know what possessed her to make my sandwich the way she did or what she did to the sandwich but I highly don’t recommend this location if I could give this store a half a star rating...

I had very bad experience with the lady working there. There was a lady ordering 5 sandwiches or and other stuff and the subway lady let 4 people wait for this lady to finish everything she needs. This took at least 45 mins from someone in the line and other waited for 30 mins or so, that is ridiculous. If there was 0 in the review, I'll give it. Very bad service and Subway has to do something regarding this...
