The Bagelry in Soquel, well, any Bagelry, really. They have multiple locations, and some of their bagels are also carried in select coffee shops around town. I know Java Junction is one of them. Other Bagelry locations are in downtown Santa Cruz and in the Seabright area in midtown.
They have lots to choose from. They make their own flavored cream cheeses. My favorite bagel is a toasted garlic bagel with half cheese Louise and half tomato herb.
They also make some delicious soups and bagel sandwiches, or you can build your own. They have lots of add-ons available to make pretty much whatever kind of bagel your heart desires.

Smallest bagels I have ever seen but I still had hope they might taste good. Sadly, my bagel was flavorless.
